It was easyexcept for taking a selfie. Also would have liked to been informed of it. Especially since you have to take a pic w/o your glasses on.
I tried to get ETA through Gov. UK and it was a nightmare..the good point was just the cost of it! One point less to iVisa just for a missing note before payment about : what it could happen if the ETA is rejected? Is iVisa reimbursing the payment: In full or partially or not at all ? There is a straight forward process. However, would be appreciated to get a heads-up on the overall process, not only to discover step-by-step what and how is supposed to do next (e.g. have ready a passport copy). I would enable the computer camera as well, which will make the process even faster.
Was very easy, Hands were not steady, Easier if you take a photo and upload a picture.
Theys are réactive. Whenever you need any question you get the answer. They give good advises.
It was complicated for me yesterday the app was blocked But with help from the what’s up number all went well at the end
The experience was good. I had to take a few pictures and scan my document a few times.
The process was simple except for getting a picture that would meet the white background. Took many pics and finally got one accepted. Was disappointed to learn I would not receive a card to keep with my passport.
Had a problem getting started but response time to my query was handled promptly and easily with an online support person

Obtaining a visa using iVISA was far easier than I expected, barring some of my own difficulties in trying to upload photos. Once I mastered that, the process was smooth and the turnaround time was amazing.
It took me so long before I could get my wife's picture and passport right. I was almost getting frustrated to the point of wanting to drop the idea of traveling to the UK. However, it did not take long before the visas were approved after getting it right. That is the good thing about it.
Easy, step by step directions. Good page layout made it much easier to follow than the experiences my friends and I had with another service provider the previous day. We are also grateful for the “help” sections and corrections indications . We are unhappy that our travel company Viking provided no useful support (we are 85 yr old women).
it would have been handy to know that a photo was required before starting the process so that it was easily available.
I would like to see a cheaper, slower option for travellers like me who do not require an immediate turnaround for their visa - I was prepared to have to wait for 6-8 weeks for the visa to come through and thought that option should be available at a cheaper price than the immediate response.
The whole process would be a lot more user-friendly if at the start there was a short summary of the steps that will be taken in order to obtain the visa. As it is at the moment one is in the blind going from one step to the next, not knowing what will follow and what to prepare for.
The camera/photo upload was wonky (maybe my arms aren’t long enough & US passport paper too shiny), but other than that, the process was smooth.
I had problems uploading my photo and the help line was wonderful. They stuck with me until I finally got it done and believe me, it took me a while to get it.
Ease of applying, plus: has a monopoly position. Can't get the same anywhere else (which makes asking for likely recommendation a bit silly, really)
The steps were easy to follow although the flattening out of the passport so as not get any reflections from anywhere was a small issue.
Because se we are elderly and not very technical we weren’t sure how to take the photos, only realised later they the camera takes the photo once your face is in the correct position. The same with passport photo. Maybe it should be advised that the photo will be taken automatically once the image is correctly placed.
I had some difficulty at first with approval quality of my photos but in the end it was good.
Fast, easy, complete with tutorials, not a problem at all. I missed just one thing: where do I get the receipt for my admin?

The one thing I didn’t like was understanding it was $22 and it turned out to be $112. This is the information given even by travel agents. The $22 turns out to be a government fee, not the total charge. Other than that it was easy and I think efficient. I understand that the ETA is tied to my passport and things will go smoothly on my 10 day trip.
The speed was great. I struggled a bit when taking my own photo with my phone without my glasses while the instructions on my phone screen kept shifting. Overall, a great experience. Thank You!
This company asked questions in the correct order and actually offered varied time periods for getting the visa
When I entered the website to apply for the UK ETA I immediately saw the link to apply for the visa. What I didn’t see was information as to what additional information I would need to apply, such as a scan of my passport and photo. Fortunately I had already a photo on my computer that I used to renew my USA passport but I had to pull out my passport and scan it to upload to your site. This type of information should be available before starting the visa application.
All good except trying to find the document in the first place + a bit of a difficulty with the technology re’ photo ID and passport. But on the whole all good.
I got the UK visa but it took 4 days. What was difficult was not knowing what the issues were fir the delay.
It really was difficult to find the right place to get the Visa as Swiss.
It was not havy to handle the app. Only to make the picture of me (selfie) was a little bit complicated.
The process was reasonably easy. Mistakes were identified and easy to fix. Results were sent within a few days.
It was pretty simple But I don’t think it should be necessary to have a visa to fly through a city when I have Global Entry and a good a valid passport. JusT my opinion

Well didn't know that I had to have a photo of myself and also photo of my passport. I was told that if over 70 years of age I don't need to pay the fee but I did had to, where did that come from not paying if over 70? The other thing had no choice using iVisa!
Photo should be able to ne uploaded befote having to pay up front
It‘s great to apply online. It is a little Bit cumbersome to take the pictures, especially pictures of persons.
It was quick and straight forward. The only hard part was getting a good picture of my passport. I had to try three times to get it to take.
It was easy to get to the right site location. Filling the doc was simple even for a simple person like myself. I hope the process at the airport in the UK will be as simple. Thanks
It was mostly very easy and quick, but taking a picture of a passport with an holographic image was unnecessary complicated. Maybe you need to update your image recognition software. This issue was the reason that I had to use a worse picture than the original scan in the end and that I had to wait for natural lighting. Although text was readable below the holographic image. Also none of my pictures was fully accepted by the software. At least the last one seemed to be checked by a human. Still less than an hour waiting after the picture got accepted was pretty good
The very negative from my side is that as swedish passport holder need. A visa for uk
Easy to read instructions each step and save feature eliminated the need to start over if I had to leave the application
I am not very experienced in using mobilephone, bur for Iphone generation is good, but I am happy the result - my visa is sorted out, because I need it now.
I had a little problem getting a good photo for my passport but otherwise it was very easy. They approved my application on the same day.
The app worked well and the application was easy and smooth. I now have yet another single purpose app on my phone that I need to update and monitor for security. That was the downside. I would have preferred to use a browser
The system is easy to use but has you enter the same info several times which seemed a little unnecessary.
Took a lot longer than expected but visas came through in time for trip.
The app is easy to use, straightforward and logical. The charges are ridiculous.
I found the process very difficult to navigate. Had to redo areas of the application several. Had to ask for assistance to finish. Will say the agent that helped me was outstanding and deserves a big thumbs up!
