Was mostly straightforward. I applied using a laptop and was surprised to find the software didn't have the option to use a laptop camera, so I had to switch to using a smartphone instead.
Pretty easy to complete application. Received approval in less than a day. Application fee was fairly reasonable. Major concern was the additional processing fee -- $90 per application.
Easy to use, would have given it a higher rating except I don't understand why the UK is requiring Visas from Citizens Of the USA
I don’t think you should pay just to speak to someone who then tells you to go to a website which then charges you again for the visa.One shouldn’t have to pay for the phone call, especially if the website doesn’t answer your specific question.😱🤔😖

Unfortunately after I applied and paid I found out that going direct to the UKGOV sight is cheaper
It was not easy for me. I had my phone where I not could find pdf. When i went to my computer I find the pdf so i could find the ETA. I still wonder if it is the real ETF. Can I really use this form in the passkontroll?
Had difficulties uploading my photo via phone. I did it via the drop file method. I had assistance from iVISA team via email.
It would be helpful to know that you need to have non-passport pictures available, and that you need to take pictures of your passport as well as fill in the relevant information on them. Particularly if you are doing Visas for yourself and your partner.
The Customer Service was extremely patient and helpful by reprocessing our application which due to a mistake of mine partly failed (I got an approval at once, my daughter failed at first). However, if there had been a possibilty to alter the mistake in our application by ourselves, it wouldn´t have been necessary to ask for assistance which took the team almost two hours time.
I got my UK visa—eventually. I find QR codes particularly abstruse, so the site's unrelenting dependence on them is awkward and a nuisance. Surely there's a better way.
It was a fairly easy to use and a quick turn-around to get the UK ETA. There are extra charges for this service, but the upside is the fast turnaround time. If you don't mind paying the extra this is for you.

The application is relatively smooth and easy to use. I had some difficulties with the payment but the reason is because of my bank’s ultra protection for online transactions. What is quite pleasing is the use of the camera. More efficient than I had expected and caught me off guard. Overall, a pleasant experience.
I was frustrated with problems with photos on the application, but staff was wonderful in helping me through it. I appreciated their help a LOT, and was able to get through without any major setbacks.

Almost everything went smooth and well, the only little issue I had was taking the photo. It tokk a while to get the app respond for the upload or taking the photo.
This is my first go at getting a Visa for GB and it was quite easy to understand.
The application is easy and straight forward. I did find taking my picture difficult. However the tutorial was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends who need travel visas.
System functions extremely well, quick, easy to understand. But sole issue is with getting photo and passport photo to download. Multiple repeat steps were needed.

Number 1 positive was that I didn't need a version of the Android operating system higher than 11. The Government site requires 12 or higher. The downside is the extra cost to use your service.
The set up was a bit confusing at first but that may have been because I was trying to do it on my Kindle. Response was fast. I didn't realize this is a third party business, but after my travel partner tried the government site, you are easy!

When it matters one is kept up to date with progress. However, I know now to keep reminding people about the application. I submitted my application too early and was told that it will be on hold until the appropriate time. It was only when I enquired did the process start again and we have cut it fine. My appointment is arranged in good time though so all is well.

As an older person- this was pretty scary- especially the picture taking. I tried to upload a picture, but it wasn’t accepted.

Ease of use as this was attached to Globus Journey’s Trip Plan. Site was simplified and straightforward. Unusually quick results, probably due to all details of trip being available and linked. Photo upload took a few tries but the issue was probably my older phone and a setting. Price started out around 20$ and turned into over 130$- very pricey on this site, but fast. A true Visa is not needed for UK. This is simply a travel allowance which is required. UK Introduces £16 Entry Fee for Short-Stay Visitors Under New ETA Scheme.

The reason I would recommend doing this is because if you don’t, you can’t get into the country. Also, when uploading pictures, it kept saying try again without letting you know what was wrong with the picture.
Permissions on the mobile phone Once I denied the permissions on my android mobile in order to take picture, I went back to retry but the system never has given to me the option to give the permissions.
Filling out the Ivisa was very easy. I recommend the beginning though you tell people they’re gonna need a photo of themselves and a photo of their passport so they could have it ready.
The site is easy to get through but gor older travelers there are two things that are difficult: uploading the picture of the passport and uploading the personal picture. Gor some, this is a technical issue and people living alone struggle with the concept.

I do a lot of travel to the UK and this will help that travel go smoothly. My only issue was dealing with the photos of both myself and my passport that are necessary. I found it a bit difficult to get them clear. Other than that, it was a breeze!
