Is simple, but for first timer the requirement of photo taking do put some pressure on me to get it right. Was a little confused when I tried to do with QR code and it gives me little time to react when taking my self photo.

The photo portions of the process could be looked at to simplify it. Aside from very straightforward, and chat assistance helped greatly.

We didn’t realize to take the photo was on the app. We thought we had to take the photo ourselves and download it to the app. It will be easier using the app next time.
Worked great even when filling the application was spread out over multiple devices and multiple sessions of filling in the information. Visa was delivered very quickly as well, and being able to pay over Apple Pay made things a lot smoother too. It's a shame the price is what it is, but at least you can rest assured it went into a quality product and speedy service.
Though the price is a bit on the high side, applying is not that difficult, and you get a fast reply.
The ETA or iVisa program is a great and quick way to pass Border Patrol. I like my information on file so I just scan the Passport and walk on through. Great idea! Let’s do it worldwide
In spite of my difficulties with computers, I finally managed to complete de ETA request form.
Very easy for tech savvy people to do but it would be difficult for people who don't have digital literacy skills, or access to personal ICTs
The lack of options for delivery and the high price for the longest time for delivery was very high. There should be an option for those who do not need the visa immediately at no cost or little cost.
I suppose we have to do this -- although it seems expensive -- I guess at some level it helps keep everyone safe. Processing time very speedy.
On-line VISA application was trouble free. Approval of VISA was surprisingly quick.

Easy, but my PC frozen when I was trying to upload my ID photo.
You need time to do this. Have documents needed ready. You can’t crop your photos but hope they are accepted with background imagery. Glare from holograms in passport compete with proper lighting.
Speedy process, Very good customer service, with attention to special needs. One suggestion: Could have a special price for people (without a police record and) above 65 yo.

Good and simple to use. There is ambiguity about Australian and English citizens… my English passport is not current but I am a citizen. I need a UK ETA but this is not clear in the app.
The process was very people friendly and easy to use with assistance from very helpful support personnel. I round-the cost a bit excessive not necessarily for me l as i travel quite often but for a person visiting oncery 3 years it could be quite high.

Procedure OK, but price to high : 182,90 € - for two people - only for transiting through Gatwick airport on a flight back from Rome to Brest (France)...

Application was easy but taking pictures of passport took many tries. Two people were required.
In my opinion, the document they sent us is too simple, without a photograph, without any kind of official stamp. It doesn't seem like an official document worth the money.
