Your customer service is excellent but I had some difficulty following through with the App. When I did ask for help you came through well. I was in Customer Service for years and your service rates very well.
Experience was good! Helpful guidelines make it a fast and trustful one! Wish most countries were as good as you are and didnt make our travelling such a complicated thing to achieve!
Need to know what all information you have to have prior to getting started. Taking pictures were truly cumbersome.

The pictures snap way too fast - otherwise it was great. Those of us that wear glasses have to keep the glasses on to read the instructions, but we are not supposed to wear glasses while the photo os being taken, BUT the photo clicks automatically once ones face is framed and there are no retakes. However, my app was approved anyway, so...
This experience was a first time for me and the beginning of the application was satisfactory. I did have issues with getting my photo applied to the applicaton primarily due to my limited skill in that area. My recommendation would use the chat process for assistance early in your problem issue as the assistant skill made it quite easy to complete.
The form was easy to complete. The App worked smoothly, and I got my document quickly. The only downside was that it was more expensive than I thought it would be.
Rather complicated the procedure of the e-visa for elders, who cannot use mobile phones easily.

Most of this application was user friendly. I am NOT a computer person. I had a bit of anxiety. The difficult part was taking a picture of the passport. BUT, after a bit it took the picture. I am not sure if my picture went through . My face, not the passport. The process said it was complete. Waiting for review.
The steps were easy to a point. I would’ve preferred having numbers for each traveller on one application. I made the mistake of putting the same pix on for two different people because they were not numbered. Otherwise I was ok with it all.
I love all the graphics--colorful and exact, just have never needed an ivisa before so it took me longer. I understand the need for protecting your border, so gladly did it.

Easy to use. Thought was a scam but in the end, delivered info as indicated. Find it expensive, 91 euros using the site while actual cost is around 20 euros if directly through the application. Overall experience for the site is good.
It was a shame this wasn’t brought to my attention earlier as I booked the trip in June/July It caused a lot of concern and worry, Thanks to ivisa it came through while in Uk.

As mentioned, I had some problems with the payment from a Norwegian bank (using the Norwegian BankID). I had to try 3 times before payment was registred, and due to this, I received several reminders for completing (even though the payment had gone through the 3rd time)
Overall very straight forward and easy to use. Visas for travel to the UK for my wife and myself were approved in less than 24 hours. Only complaint was their NUMEROUS (at least 6) requests to submit a new photo after my initial submission wasn’t accepted. I submitted the photo they ultimately accepted after their first request, then they keep emailing me as if they didn’t get it. That’s why a 4 instead of 5. I was tempted to give a 3 rating.
The process is not complicated and the response from the team was excellent.
I was unable to complete the application, even with a friend's help. I'm a widow at home looking forward to my UK holiday. Ale, the live agent opened the door!

It was very easy to apply only took a few minutes, except for when trying to take the two photographs that was a little tricky and took the most time but otherwise I would highly recommend this

It was very quick and easy to fill in, but it took some time to upload the photos properly.
Once I figured out how to navigate the system things went quite smoothly and I received my documents much more quickly than I had anticipated.
Be prepared to upload or take a recent photo of yourself before you start the application process. I had to fiddle with the lighting and background before my photo was accepted. But overall, the process was very speedy.
Not being very computer literate, I had some difficulty sending the required photos. However, I succeeded in the end and received the ETA the same day as my application. Excellent service but very expensive.
Having to deal with my own daughter visiting me in the home she grew up in in Hemel Hempstead and being messed around and rejected in the government.org sites was painful. They charge 16 pound but eveytime you are rejected tou ha e to re apply and pay again!!!! Painful
I have to apply and it costs soooo much. Israel is similar but much cheaper.

All very easy except taking the Foto as it constantly asked for better light.
All went well apart from the picture. I would recommend you add that the phone is used as a preference.
The application process was relatively speedy but it was rather difficult to take acceptable selfies and passport scans. Also, it took a while to complete an answer to the question about my son’s legal guardian.
Applying for the visa was relatively easy except for uploading photos. It is hard for people without Android to apply. It is also difficult for the elderly to apply
