I have written and called the ivisa contact number on your emails to enquire as to what exactly is an ivisa for my travel to Turkey. Since I am a British national , I dont need a visa and the government website UK does not mention ivisa. However while browsing information about travel to Turkey , ivisa showed up and I paid for this also. But I have no clear cut idea what is this document and if its mandatory for my travel to Turkey. The phone contact asked me to go to GovUK for travel advice but why couldn't he explain to me what was an ivisa.I feel conned .
I am a disable vet and 73 year old senior; my wife is also a senior. We used iVisa because they told use via email that we would not have to travel for an interview is we used their services. Everything went well until we paid our fee of over $150. Once we paid our money we were never again able to speak with a person. There were several other issues to include telling my wife the past week she needed to get a passport. Because of several issues we asked for a refund via email several times; which they never replied to. Today we get an email telling us we need to travel to Tampa, Fl for an interview in 4 days. In that email they stated our process was complete. When we confronted them about the interview issue they conceded that they gave us wrong information in the beginning but refused to give us an email. BUYER BEWARE, SENIORS BEWARE, VETS BEWARE.
Substandard service. No Status updates whatsoever, constantly chasing them for updates and even paid more for a faster service. Responses are repeated and basic. They have made up a email address and entered that in the documents. It would have been much easier to have applied for a UK visa directly on the UK government site. I would stay away from this company when applying for a UK visa and do it directly yourself.
Visa request successfully and in less then 14days. So happy finally I will see my grandma after 28years. High recommendations.
I contacted ivisa in order to get assistance to provide a thai travel entry visa, and not a link to a government website, frankly wsste of money, dissapointed
Fast and efficient however as wife is Chinese I couldnβt use the facility here for her so had to go to the Chinese embassy so please look to add China to your list so I can use facilities again
I was impressed with the application form and happily tried to fill it in but sadly it was not what I required at all it looks like it was for photographs of myself to be used on an entirely different Countries Embassy.
I applied for security clearance 10 days ago (8th June 2022) for my daughter to obtain entry visa at passport control in Syria, and nothing has been received till today Sunday 19th June 2022. What kind of service do you call this? I was charged $12.95; perhaps I was scammed. It was all a great waste of time.
Problem with original photo- I emailed them and got a response the next day- new photo sent within a few hours!

images provided were rejected. The images provided by Ivisa (which I paid for) were deemed as poor and unsatisfactory for my passport application. Don't waste your money on these guys.

This site is a total waste of money it was supposed to make my transition easy, it needed more information which l could never open up the page to alter the information, after several text messages they said they would look into it and finally got my form on departure day, l couldn't wait that long on the off chance l may get the form, l ended up getting the form myself and never used the site, payed for nothing

EVERYONE CAME BACK VERY QUICKLY ,I JUST WISH I HAD KNOW THE PCR TEST NUMBER WAS FOR THE ONE I WAS GOINGING TO GET IN ENGLAND,AS I SENT THE INFO FOR THE 48 HOUR TEST I HAD IN BERMUDA ,SO THIS TOOK LONGER TO PROCESS,BUT EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFULL,THANKYOU .

It is a big scam and robbed me for my money. They offered to assist making an appointment for my visa application at an Indian embassy in swaziland and did not. Please stay away from this site as it a big hoax and scam

Final results were good but a few comments: *A last minute panic as Codes/numbers were needed. The docs should have been corrected beforehand. *Too many names sending me various emails *Too many requests for performance ratings (sent with every email) *Some wrong info sent to me at beginning of my questions to ivisa *The Messenger mode of contact was annoying and troublesome *Need to ask for EXACT wording of doc details eg Test Booking Reference number was asked for. But what was actually needed was the Unique Test Number (there's also a Covid Test Kit Order number, which is the one I had mistakenly sent)

Very quick response to problems. I kept putting in the wrong Covid reference number,but ivisa were very quick to answer my problems. Very he,full and courteous responses from different operators. If I hadnβt put in the wrong numbers the forms would have been very quickly received. Website easy to follow
