It was pretty simple and quick. Maybe let people know at the beginning that they will require a photo of their passport as well as a single head shot. Also $184 AUD is not cheap. Especially if you are a having to pay for a family.

It took no time to fill in and send off and get back my and my wife’s application. Well done. By the way I tried the UK website at least a dozen times to get the same documents. I couldn’t do it. At the point I was to pay it would freeze my application and no matter how often I waited and resubmitted the information I could never complete the application. However 1st time applying with iVisa I got both my wife’s and my ETA in less than 24 hours.

I thank you for the speedy transaction. However, I am shocked at the $98 fee per person ! That is outrageous. A hard copy of the Visa is not even being shipped! It is all digital. There was no option for a slower response time. I am traveling to UK in 5 .5 months. What exactly is the $98 fee providing me ?

The visa E-form was so applicant-friendly. It took me step by step to submitting the application. The only thing I didn’t like was that I wear hijab and when uploading my photo it was rejected many times until I almost removed my hijab and took a new photo. I hope you consider this thing to make it easier for people.
The online application goes smooth and perfect until you face a problem and your application stays pending. You assume that the system can show you the probkem and can direct you through to solve it while in fact it doesnt do that. on the contrary it make you confused because the automatic replies from the system give you general answers and dolutions but does not solve the probkem unless you call the team to intervene. Why the online application does not recognise and accept photos of women who wear hijab ( religious cover of the head) . why do we have to get help from someone to upload those photos causing delay. How many thousands of women wearing this cover apply for online visa every day?!
