It was amazingly quick. Still waiting on husbands approval though. I submitted with mine and it said I was approved and case number closed so not sure about what’s happening.
An easy solution to a big problem when no one advises you on new uk eta requirement
It is very easy to complete the form and the answer is very quick
Was very simple to upload the files/photos for passport. Overall process should take less than 5 mins if you can get a good photo of your passport. Approval was sent to me via email or app within 5 mins of completing the process.
Pretty easy to follow and a quick approval response. Some info a bit misleading though, ie it says initially that the approval would be from the date on entry into UK then the final approval shows that it is from the date of application. Bit of lack of consistancy there. Also I think to total actual cost should be shown early on, only the smaller application amount is shown and then later the UK Govt fees are added. Should be a bit more upfront stating that a Govt fee will also be added.
Everything was very easy to understand and complete right from our own home
Too expensive for departing a cruise & getting to airport. Then I scanned/took a picture a passport 5 times before it was accepted. Also thought start date would be arrival date, not 7 months early when it is only good for 2 years total!
The site was easy to use with excellent directions. Plus fast service on response. Thank you Good work
Hi there, good service but very expensive. Came up on my search for new British Bisa and in my naivety I thought it was British Govt site
Easy to access website . . response to questions was fast and site easy to navigate. Kept up to date on progress of application and approval was fast.
The application was quick and there were no unnecessary questions or information required. it was efficient
Fast response and seem to be very efficient. However is the fees charged is too pricey. thanks.
It was reasonably good to go through but I was frustrated that the system kept rejecting the photos it was asking for even though I thought I was following the guide.
Found the system clunky - once one had uploaded a document or photo there was not obvious way to return to the previous page. Also the system was overly fussy about image quality, particularly issues related to passport photos issued by our government.
I am electronic document illiterate and still figured it out, … I hope!
The whole program to fill everything out was easy to use and process.
It was fast and easy. A few issues were resolved via email.
I did not realize that this is not the UK.GOV site. You get charged a very large sum to have your visa completed. It cost over $100.00. When I googled ETA UK This was the first site provided and looked like a government site.
I kept taking photos and downloading them and it said they weren't good enough. One said passport needed to be flat. It WAS flat! Also, during the application it said it started the day of your travel. When I got it it started the day I applied!!! Plus the travel agent said they were around $10...more like closer to $112! The plus in all this is that the response was quick.
The system is quite easy to use, and the response is quick. The layout is user-friendly. All-in-all, good system
When i was having difficulty retrieving my application to finish it, fhey were very helpful and everything worked perfectly. From then on. I could hardly believe how quickly the application was approved.
Quick but expensive. We got our visa quickly but felt that it was an expensive experience.
Very quick, but the process of taking a photo of sufficient quality was challenging. But very easy to navigate and appreciate how quick it was to get approved!
Very professional program. Simple yet complete. Only complaint is payment necessary before the full application is filed. But that is understandable as it keeps functioning smoothly.
It was great from start to finish. I found iVisa online. The customer support was outstanding. iVisa folks helped explain the document I needed and got it to me in record time -- especially since I'm going to visit my family in London in six days! Thank you iVisa. You made my day!
...especially grateful for the builtin selfie capability to send in a picture.
I wouldn't say loved it. We had 17 pictures done and then you still say you want new photo. Today you asked again for me to do another photo for my Husband.
Easy to use, but I wish they would have given me the needs prior to getting into the program.
It would have been very helpful to to told I needed to scan my passport
Forms were clear enough and quite easy to fill. It surprised me that, after completing the application to the point where payment was required, a message appeared that requested “a few more details” which seemed to be essential when I saw what was required.
Took me a while to get into the info doc. Wouldn't let me put in a date I preferred to enter UK. I'm now worried that I will need to enter UK earlier than the 8th Jan. I have a brother that is very sick & I may need to get 'home' sooner. What are my options??
Instructions were easy to follow, very quick response receiving the visa /
I am regular at iVisa for the following reasons: - Prompt service - Very reliable - Professional and dedicated - Realtime application updates👍🏻👍🏻
The experience was quick and easy. The videos made the process clear.
Easy to fill out. Very disappointed with the price. Another money making experience for Government
My grandson handled the technology side of things, but the process was efficient and approval timely.
The App was fairly easy to navigate, had trouble with capturing the individual photos on both mine and my wife’s applications.
Absolutely amazing cooperation from IVisa Helped out in anyway they could Fast and accurate
I'm sorry, but my experience with trying to fill out the necessary forms was NOT great! For starters, I don't have a cell phone so I had to find someone with not only a cell phone but someone who could follow your instructions on how to get my photo and photo of my passport into your system. The whole process took 2 days! This was because your system kept saying they couldn't read my passport photo and/or my photo was not clear. These were submitted at least 3 times each. The icing on the cake was that, although I paid the fee on 12/16 using my credit card, the system tried to bill me twice! Speaking of this, I found out about the need for this visa from the Travel Section of the Washington Post newspaper that stated the cost should be no more than the U.S. $ equivalent of 10 Brit. pounds! I ended up paying $100+ dollars! I sincerely hope that I don't have to go thru all of this aggravation to travel back to the UK after the 2 years it takes for the visa to expire.
The directions for the process were clear, concise and easy to follow.
The manner in which your representative assisted me in completing my application. My appreciation to the lady who assisted me. Once again - THANK YOU!
I had a very bad time getting a photo taken and the uploading it. Other than that things went pretty well. I took a photo and it was rejected about 5 times.
At 80 years old I don’t this my bank has been informed and I’m requesting a refund
Instructions are unclear as to the format of the photos to send. It should be clear that you need JPEG or PDF. I have an iPhone, and the PNG format that the iPhone uses is apparently not the format you want.
The process would have been smoother if I knew in advance what documentation was required and the format for that.
Very easy app just follow the steps and answer the questions, clear explanation clear tutorial video .
Easy & fast. The only question is why they are requiring us to get visa now while infact i went to London only last December. Whats the reason why they require us now? Good online visa because you dont need to show up anymore in the UK embassy
Was all so easy at an already stressful time. And very quick to do.
Easy program to navigate. Step by step instructions. Received product within 24 hours.
I had trouble submitting an acceptable photo of my passport. The reason given was "passport not flat." I had the corners held down by paperweights and only on the third photo attempt was it accepted.
