They called to let you know passport photo was not clear enough eventhough it was accepted as a good photo

The directions were very clear. However when I took pictures of my passport and of myself, the response was “well done.” Then the next day I would receive an email that I had to do everything all over again which was very stressful. But I eventually got the technique down and evidently got my pictures clearer. It would have saved time and stress to be told immediately I needed better pictures.

The requirement makes zero common sense for an airline passenger transiting within the airport to be required to have a visa for the several hours stay in the lounge before the long-haul flight.
I Visa works well if you know how to use the mobile app. You need to save an exit the screen once you upload your documents. The fact that you have to exit the screen and then continue to the next screen is not explained.

Actually downloaded app by mistake but did not realize it until it was too late. So continued to use it.
The steps are pretty straightforward. Had issues getting the picture of my passport to work, first it was not flat, then it was too glossy. Finally, the third one worked. Same thing with the photo that you have to provide of yourself. Took three tries before it would accept the photo. Also was a little surprised as I had heard originally that it was only a $12 fee it’s $112 which is significantly different

Your site was easy to use for the most part. But I did have a few issues with the passport section. The original photo's I used for my family said it was good when I uploaded them, but all five were kicked back 15 minutes later. The email that told me I had an error gave me an example of a US passport, but the picture it sent me was incorrect as well. It showed a picture of two pages (top and bottom of the same page) the signature page and the photo and information page. The WhatsApp texted from Maria telling me of the error gave me an example of a Canada passport card, so I tried it again with only the photo and information page and it went thru. I have used the same photos for our cruise identification, and other websites needing our passport without an issue. As I am sure you are aware the US passports are on glossy paper, so if you do not have a scanner, it is difficult to get a bright non-glare photo. I am not saying a glare that blurs out the photo or other information. There was a glare that was on the information, but it was still able to be read. Maybe loosen up a little on that type of thing and use a better example of a US passport. I had to take several pictures of each id to get a good enough for your site to accept.
Some instructions confusing. Operating the app is straight forward when you understand the process but getting to k now the process is not intuitive.
Response was almost immediately to let me know that I needed additional info. Had multiple people available to help. Although it was not easy to navigate, help was abundant. Thank you
Very quick - hard to get photo accepted - including one from a professional photographer. It was difficult to let you know that I couldn't proceed before i received my passport back from embassy

I was skeptical after completing my application that the company may not be legit. It is and offers excellent, fast service. They sent numerous emails telling me the progress of my application. When finally approved I was able to download a confirmation letter. I like that the Visa is automatically attached to my passport so just taking the letter in case of complications. I highly recommend this company for their quick and excellent service.

I was having huge trouble completing my ETA through another legitatment download app which keep locking myself out, needing to find another option came across iVisa. I found the app very difficult to understand and use. I had to take and retake photos multiple times. As it turns out the British Government has rescinded the requirement to do this based on just passing through (cruise ship to airport). I should get all my charges refunded. I feel like I was duped.
It was very fast and easy. Maybe I could have done it cheaper directly though.

I didn't know about iVisa until I saw it on Avalon web site. I found it easy to find out which countries require visas since new laws have gone into effect. Easy to apply. I would like to have seen the total cost on the initial page instead of just the government fees. The amount of time left on the passport should also be on the initial page as well. Some might prefer to renew their passports before obtaining the visa since the visa is attached to the passport. It would save paying for a new visa if the passport is close to expiration. All in all it was an easy process to upload the pictures needed. The tutorials are a big help. Hope iVisa is advertised on all travel web sites.
Generally easy, yet the app was a little confusing when I was doing it for 2 people. Perhaps a little more instruction would help
