The photo recognition is too sensitive, had to take multiple pictures. Said picture was not flat, but it was, ended up doing some cropping and it finally took it. Recommending this site is useless, if you want to go to the UK you have to use this site.
Easy, fast and efficient but visa fee is quite high compare to Australia.
Very confusing. They would accept my photos and then they would say missing. I was having a hard time uploading. After they said it was good I took another picture and before I could try and upload it was accepted.
Questions were handled, but not clearly. I had to upload a non-passport photo for each of us, when all I was told at the outset was to take a photo of the first passport page. We went back and forth for a long time. Also, the cost is very high. I thought it was supposed to be a $15 fee or so.
I was surprised at the cost. I was under the impression it would cost 10 pounds each so the $100+ was disappointing. I had checked a few other websites and this is where I got the 10 pounds. I figured that all the providers would cost the same.
All I wanted was an ETA to enter England. On this site they said I had to have a visa + ETA and charged me $188 instead of the $20 I was expecting. There was no explanation as to why I needed a Visa. I will only be away 10 days
Incredibly quick response. However a customer could end up paying for faster service that could not be beaten by the standard cost
The process was very easy. It was quick. The biggest issue is that as a citizen of the Commonwealth, namely Australia, that we need to spend nearly $200 getting a visa in the first place. Just a money grab by the UK government.
It was all straight forward & quick. The only problem I had was afterwards with the App.
The software actually worked! It was amazing that I could work on my desktop computer but upload pics from my phone!!!!

I did not realize that I could obtain our ETAs for the UK without paying the additional $196(ish) in fees. I am not sure what service I received that was worth the additional fees.

It was very easy to follow and steps to use phone are much better than most of other application.
There were many rejections of photos and passport resulting in wasted time.
I had a good experience. I wish that prior to starting the application there would have been an "Items you should gather before you start" section that included the tutorials. If there were, I would have assembled the required portrait photos and passport photos in advance. Time to complete the application would have been shortened.

At first, I was concerned using my iPhone and not online. But it was not as bad as I thought and I finally noticed with my Scan photo for a selfie, there was a trash button, and I finally got a satisfied selfie.. Overall, a nice experience.

I like online services in general and this one was no exception. However, my husband and I must have submitted at least 10 photos of our passports before they were finally accepted. Very exhausting!

I was not pleased with the cost for the administrative charges to receive a Visa. Not happy to pay this just to pas through the UK on our trip to Europe and not even leave the airport. Have gotten visa from AUS and not even close to this charge. Process to get the visa was ok.

Website is pretty straightforward. Make sure your photos are perfect before uploading. And I mean perfect. It took me several tries before my passport page photo was accepted. Otherwise, a good site and good service.
Application was relatively easy online following their directions. Good and quick follow-up if something wasn't correct. And approval was quite fast.
It was an easy site to use, but I have two items I think need changed. 1st item, on the home page have a check list of everything you will need to fill out the forms. 2nd item, make it one complete form so a person can fill it out all in one sitting.
Accessing the iVisa was very easy to use. However, I had to stop several times to make sure I had all my documents. If I could have known "what" I was going to need before starting the application process, I would have been better prepared. What I needed was not difficult, just not handy when I started the application process.
