  • Easy to navigate site, straightforward. Don’t smile when you take the required photo. Double check the spelling of all names: you won’t have a chance to edit them once you submit your info. The approval process is VERY quick.

  • When I found out that I need a visa prior to my arrival in the UK I was not happy. Being a usa citizen finally and now needing a visa again. But I must compliment the team from iVisas. They helped me make this experience excellent. In no time my documents was loaded after I send them via WhatsApp and before I know my families visas was approved. Thank you for a great experience

  • If a rating of less than 1 star was possible, I would give it! Your option automatically came up, so I foolishly thought this was the process, and used it. The visa cost me $168.67 Canadian. I was furious when I discovered it was £10 through the UK site. You ripped off and scammed a senior citizen who is travelling to London to help her daughter out because she is having surgery in a couple of days. I am furious! I tried to use your stupid help system, but could not find a human, just your stupid “bot”. So I used it. And you used me!!!

  • I was misled into thinking that I was directly applying for the UK visa. I didn’t realize I was at a commercial site that charged me $200 for two $12 dollar visas.

  • They handled everything and made it so easy. I had started to request the ETA directly from the website and couldn’t upload passport, this was so much easier.

  • 1. I don't have our visa's 5 days later 2. I didn't realize this was not an official website: My friends got their visa's in minutes for $10. You are common thieves.

  • Unfortunately clicked on this versus the other app where my spouse paid far less for the same service. His cost was $13 and mine was $113. Outrageous

  • We tried to get our Visas for traveling to the U.K. directly

  • Google says my fee would be about $10 USD. In the app my charge was $111 USD. I didn’t have a $10 option. Feels like a money grab from the government.

  • Because you are a rip off. I should have read reviews before engaging you. When enquiring for a visa your website comes up - you charged a huge mark up when I should have gone straight to the government department - cost 10 pounds. Now ido not know if your visa is valid or not!

  • I meant to go to the actual UK.gov website and accidentally got my visa through this company. I paid a lot for "processing" which would have been free if I'd gotten the visa through the UK website. Also, it was very time consuming and the passport and other photos weren't accepted so we had to keep doing them over and over.

  • Needed on short notice and got visas for UK in less than 20 minutes. Wasn’t cheap but saved me missing a very important trip so money well spent. Thanks.

  • I was having trouble uploading information for my travel visa. Daniel helped me so much and was so patient.

  • 1. Ease of access 2. Very responsive person to person contacts 3. Prompt follow-up with reminders of omissions by email and text. 4. Clear concise messaging and guideposts 5. Attentive to a quick final completion

  • It was a well-explained process, which is needful for older adults who might be less familiar with online applications like this. Thank you for the tutorials.
    Sheryl MetzgnerFebruary 20, 2025
  • Once I managed to get all my information it was straight forward and fast
    Wendy Symes SymesFebruary 20, 2025
  • Couldn’t easily navigate between screens and know where I was in the process. I’ll stick uncertain.

  • One of our party did not get an ETA and you did nothing to help or explain. It cost me 150 for nothing.
    Jayne HudsonFebruary 20, 2025
  • iVisa review of documents identified a minor error that needed correcting before submitting to the UK.
    David John PageFebruary 20, 2025
  • It was very easy to apply for ETA visa. Everything is very clear.
    Martha LFebruary 20, 2025
  • The requirement for pictures caused me some difficulties before that were accepted. Also Canada does not have Zip codes but fortunately the app accepted no Canadian postal code.
    Richard BassermannFebruary 20, 2025
  • Not sure this document is legit. was not allowed to cancel and no reply to original emails. not happy. I tried to cancel a few minutes after the order when I realised it was not the visa that I wanted but emails all bounced back. Company not helpful.

  • I received a notice that more information was needed but there was no comment I could find that indicated the problem with the information I submitted. I had provided photos and seemingly was asked for photos three times but not with an indication of what, if anything, was wrong with the photos I submitted. A comment would have been helpful and expedited my re-submission and application processing.

  • I wasn't paying attention and clicked on your website instead of the direct UK ETA one. That mistake cost me $99. Whereas, the fee from UK ETA is $13. This is one is on me, but I would really like to be refunded the $99. I will definitely be more careful when/if I need to renew the UK ETA. I see that the documents that are "mine" to download are not even in my name and the passport number is not mine. This site is a sham, in my opinion. I will be lodging a report with the UK.

  • Your wording needs fixing. My second applicant was not processed for a UK Visa because she has UK _nationality_ as the question was worded. There was no warning that this was likely to cause a rejection. She will be travelling on her NZ passport because her UK _passport_ has expired.

  • Took way too long. Photos took multiple attempts. Very frustrating and time consuming.
    JulietFebruary 19, 2025
  • It was pretty simple but as I am not very good in all this tech knowledge (I am 84 years) I had help to do.
    Sylvia RoheFebruary 19, 2025
  • I liked how I was guided through the process of filling out the form online. If I missed information, it guided me back to the area that I needed to fill in. The only thing I had difficulty with is talking the pictures of the passport. My passport was fine and had no issue. My husband's had to be taken several times to get it just right.

  • The process was incredibly fast, with prompt service upon resubmitting my passport page.
    David HeindelFebruary 19, 2025
  • Very easy to navigate and upload documents required to support application process. Very impressed with response time.
    Sarah Louise MatthewsFebruary 19, 2025
  • Process was pretty simple except for having to produce an almost perfect Passport picture and photo picture. Processing fee seemed extreme. Could have had a lower cost solution as well.
    Bill YorkFebruary 19, 2025
  • Ripped off with cost of an ETA to UK $414 instead of $40 for two people
    Graham Maurice ArcherFebruary 19, 2025
  • Would have been a better experience if the acceptance of the scanned documents was simpler. What ever we uploaded was not "clear enough" or some other issue

  • The system rejected our photos a number of times - even with different lighting and proximity it took me over an hour to get our accepted and uploaded. My husband's application was approved but mine was not as your photo recognition could not match my photo with my passport. The new Canadian passports have security over the photos which make them hard to match. Hopefully I am refunded my fees and I will try again. Otherwise I will have to go the the UK Consul office in Vancouver for my visa. All in all not a great expericnece.
    Linda WoodyFebruary 18, 2025
  • It was not quick and easy. I had to reload our passports so many times I was ready to throw a brick at my computer screen.
    Karin PoeFebruary 18, 2025
  • Streamlined process, very clear direction with info on the duration of time for approval.
    Tee ScatuorchioFebruary 18, 2025
  • It guides you through the proces easily and th euploading is also easy
    klantFebruary 18, 2025
  • somewhat difficult to get picture of passport the way system likes. otherwise good
    customerFebruary 18, 2025
  • It was quick and simple to follow the application procedure. The resulting acceptance papers were on my email within 4 hours. Very satisfied with the process.
    VERNON ATKINSONFebruary 18, 2025
  • I was deceived. I didn’t realize this was a third party provider and that I could have gotten my ETA pass directly from the government for $12.95 without an insane $97 fee on top of it. This company won’t even return a phone call to explain themselves. Criminals.

  • I had HEAPS of problems with the process ( and I am computer savvy). The main problem was uploading the files in particular the photos. I had at least 30 attempts with each of the 2. I ended up googling issues re visa application and I was alerted to using a flash on the camera, even though photos were taken in adequate lighting. One example was that the photo depicted my husband wearing glasses. In fact, he has bags under eyes and was not wearing glasses. I took a photo with a flashlight, with him lying down in a dark room and the photo was successful! At times the screen seemed to freeze when file was loaded, so I had to save & exit. Unfortunately, I then had to transverse each screen from the very beginning rather than where I had exited. Very onerous and expensive process.

  • I’m unsure whether or not we’ve been scammed. I should have done more research before I completed this purchase. I thought I was being referred to a reliable source by the UK government when I started this process. Now, I’m not sure. If anyone else is tempted to follow through on this site, be cautious and do some research before proceeding!

  • 2-15-25 It took several attempts to get photos and passports uploaded. I have never had such a difficult and frustrating experience. PC
    Paul Edward CahillFebruary 18, 2025
  • It was easy and quick. A little pricey considering this wasn’t even needed last year but at least out was easy.
    Glen GardnerFebruary 18, 2025
  • Submitting a photo was horrible. It took 7 different photos before it was accepted.
    DTMFebruary 18, 2025
  • It was expensive, but I guess since i needed it for my next trip...
    Sarah Elizabeth BowersoxFebruary 18, 2025
  • The person i worked with, David, was incredibly patient. We 89+ year olds could not upload our photos and finish up the ETA. David stuck with us and completed the application.
    BarbaraFebruary 17, 2025
  • Once you have the pictures ready to be uploaded the process is quite simple. There should be a "Getting Started" preface that advises user that pictures are required and it should be stated whether the format is PDF, JPEG or whatever and a maximum size. Very easy and efficient to exit the process before being completed and getting back into the process.

  • I don´t know yet if I already have my visa or not so I can´t answer nothing concrete
    Alberto Salomon MontbrunFebruary 17, 2025
  • Simple and without complication. Especially liked the ability to upload to desktop website process via cellphone.
