Rita, the agent I dealt with when I ran into problems. Being 84, anything beyond simple electronically defeats me. Rita helped me especially with my Passport Page and the photo submission. For me submitting images was a major obstacle. Thankfully, Rita was both patient and understanding.

Applying for a UK visa was easy enough on line. It was a little tedious getting the image of my passport and photo uploaded into the Government site. I paid for express service and received my acceptance within hours. An App can be downloaded but to use an Apple phone it has to be a IOS 16 or above.
I would have liked to know the cost up front, otherwise all good
The only thing that makes no sense to me is the really high fee to get these documents. I am travelling in September, I do not need a rush. The app would only let me pick 4 hours, 24 hours or 48 hours delivery and the expedition fee is unaffordable for the average traveler. I didn't need expedition. There should have been an affordable option for the responsible traveler who booked months in advance.
BEWARE!! This company is a rip off, they charged us over $300 for 2 visas which would have cost $40 on an official site!! They prey on the vulnerable. Avoid at all costs.
Easy instructions. I’m not a genius with my phone, but had no problems getting the documents and photos to iVisa.

I had to do tge passport picture twice.I had to do the whole thing 5 times as it went blanc.I will recommend to use a computer but I only had my iPhone.I persevered I finally finished the rushed 4 hrs process as I need to leave tomorrow on an emergency.
It was straight forward and easy to do - even taking a selfie! No problems from start to finish.
Very fussy requirements ...ie; no shadows/highlights on pictures...not too dark, not too light etc...made for a frustrating experience overall. Not user friendly in my opinion.

For the most part, this was fairly easy and fast. My only recommendation is perhaps at the beginning of the process, before people start, let them know what they will need. ie: Pictures of passports and a photo, so that they are prepared.
I did not know how to Scan my passport and picture. I had to have another person do it and they had difficulty doing it. They had trouble taking the picture. It kept saying reflection and there was no light. Then once the picture was accepted they had trouble sending it together.

This is a 3rd party site masquerading as the UK Gov site which I wanted. The cost is more than 8 times the cost available on the gov site. This fact should be clearly stated. This site has also positioned itself to make unknowing travelers clink on it first. Although the work was done in a speedy way its seems to be a bait and switch company.

I had trouble uploading our passports and pictures. We do wear glasses and all our pictures included them.. but, of course, I could take new conforming pictures! But, not surprisingly you now require US citizens to obtains Visa’s. I am so sorry our political situation has come to this. Eventually, I figured out what was needed. It is easy.
The process was very seamless. Instructions were easy to understand and documents easy to upload with several options. We received out documents within hours.

It's compulsory so recommending the app is pointless I found it quite difficult to navigate - tutorials should be hyperlinked rather than taking up the screen. ON a phone, I didn't see the X to minimise the tutorials!
The passport and picture uploading was a challenge. It keep not accepting the photo. The process took over a week and it finally seem to accept everything.
The application process was easy and it even allowed us to pause while we accessed some of the necessary materials. We logged back in without a hitch and all was well. If our visa arrives in a day or two, we will be very pleased.

Over a number days I was assisted several of your staff. Without exception every one of them was patient (necessarily with me} more than helpful and accomplished.
I applied for a 4 hour expedited Visa through your company on the morning of Friday 28 Feb prior to getting on the plane for the UK. During the next 24 hours I contacted your service team 4 times who were unable to provide me with the approved Visa and or any credible updates of the process. Your support team was courteous and usually replied well within your 15 minute window. My concern with your company is the posted guarantees of expedited Visa’s when in actual fact they have no control as to when the specific government is going to approve said Visa. I rated the experience as 3 stars, though I was frustrated and spent a lot of my personal time trying to get answers your company was professional, polite and honoured my request for a refund regards the expediting fail. For that I am grateful and impressed with your level of customer service. In closing my Visa was final approved on 03 March.
I was scammed. The visa should have only cost $19 and I paid well over $100. Others got the same visa for only $19 on a legitimate site.

I was charged $111.59 when it’s supposed to be about $12.00. I feel I was scammed! The site looked official but was not.
The website is difficult to navigate with regard to uploading pictures etc. Not everyone is familiar with that - and why do you need a photo when there are 2 on the US passport? There is some inconsistency in the data regarding pricing that is available.

At first it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be, my photo took forever to download but my partners was like a couple of seconds. I had to go to the help bar to get assistance but it was AI, it took a bit to get someone real, at least I think he was real? But in the end it went well. But I have one question 111.00 dollars that is what I paid. Why do I see other sites saying 8 dollars?
Web site is efficient, but it took four tries at sending passport picture before it was accepted. No reason was given for why the photo was not accepted. Very frustrating.
The iVisa was very easy to use as opposed to the official UK website which is impossible to figure out
I do not like the way this app scabbed onto the UK.GOV web site. I expected to pay about $13 but due to the APP Processing fee, paid over $110. I did not want or need this help. Very disappointed that the UK government allows this scabbing their website.
you should explain at the beginning that it is impossible to submit photos with eyeglasses. It took me one hour till I got it.
The instructions on attaching a photo from a cell phone did not appear on the first two tries. On the third try, the options popped up and made it easy.

I had already bought my ticket not knowing about this eta which is needed however I when online to inquire about the process, nervous enough about the procedure and the outcome, little to my surprise I submitted all that was asked of me and was told it would take 24 hours but it took less than an hour for me to have my visa to make my travel possible.
