It's easy to complete and the tutorials were helpful to make the process to be completed quickly without any problems.
As a frequent traveler to the US I have quite some experience with visa/ESTA requests and filling out all kinds of forms. I can only say that iVisa's procedures are well explained, easy to understand and to follow through - even for elderly people who are not really familiar with electronic procedures (I'm 78 years old). The communication is clear and the results are delivered promptly.
I was instructed to finalize my payment with a code received by e-mail . Instead of the six blind windows for the code, it started again to fill up the application! After 6 times and lots off chatting with KI, i cancelled everything iut of Frustration. Only then a real person helped and finally i got the Visas. I hope I will get a Storno for all the other payments which were all different!
When using a computer, you have a long wait-time; mine was 25 minutes. After you enter your information, it will not accept your photos. It continually says Try again. I diligently followed all the instructions. If you get that far, the system kicks you out, and you must start all over. I used the App, which was a bit easier. The only problem with that is you must use a newer iPhone. Once you complete all of the prompts, instead of paying $16.00 US, you are charged a $116.62 fee because you are using the App. The $116.62 fee is per individual, not per application. The following day, the system said it did not like the passport photo, and the application had to be resubmitted. I still have not be approved.
It’s probably not the companies fault? But there was certainly quite a “ rigormarol” to go through to obtain a UK Visa application. For those of us ( a high percentage of the population I would think!) who do not have a degree in digital communication, it is virtually impossible to work out. As a result our younger children had to do it for us. - yes we are lucky!

We were not pressed for time to receive our Visa…as we navigated the website NO WHERE was reference made to this being an expedited website. We could not go any further to complete the process and was forced to choose an option- thereby thinking the fee had been increased, when in fact it was still only $11 to get the visa that we paid over $100 for!!! Your website is very misleading for people like ourselves who had never dealt with visas, but fell into your trap paying this unnecessary amount when we could have waited for the usual processing and only paid $11!!
The app was constantly in French language untill somebody who spoke English took it over after a while
I can't say it was great until I actually try to enter the UK. If all goes well, I will rate GREAT.
Only problem is, that I was expecting a cost of 15 British Pounds per person, but was charged more than 100 dollars per person! What did I miss?
First let me say that I have been involved with computers my whole life and most recently with security. In using your web page for the eta I could not find a way to verify you were not some a-hole trying to scam me. Fortunately my wife used the Google download app. And fortunately I made a couple of errors which you responded to for correction - scammer would not have. In conclusion I wish for you to have a verification method for first time users. Thx
The process was generally quick and easy, except for the photo upload. It to16 attempts and five different photos to have the photo accepted. That could have been a glitch on my side of the process.

We would not have been able to fill out the application for the entry permit online without a smartphone and without a scanner. Thanks to your immediate help by email, it was still possible.
Several unnecessary tries required to upload pictures of the passport and portrait. At the end the first portrait i tried to upload first, has been accepted after 5 uploads with other pictures
Response time was great. Submitting the photos was a bit confusing. Since current photos are required, everyone needs to know that all applicants need to be available during the application process.
The online application process was relatively easy, took about 15 minutes. The only tricky part was the photos, I had to retake them a couple of times to get them right. Received my visa in about 30 minutes.
I was updated so often i did not need to track my application. What impressed me even more was that my ETA was approved within an hour. Thats excellent service.

They charge a fee that is 9x higher than the cost of the ETA. It is a scam that I fell for instead of going directly to the gov site and using the app.
It was very glitchy. You need a Modify button and better explanation of picture requirements and uploading. You need more explanation and how to do some functions.
The online application worked well. I had some problems loading our passport pictures, but the issue was my pictures.

I saw just now that there is a huge price difference between the gov.uk price and the visa.com price.
Your website needs more information about taking and downloading the photo. It took me and my computer genius friend three hours to download my picture. And you prices are way too high in comparison with other sites.

I was contacted three times before my request was fully accepted! The request was not always easy to understand. It would have been easier to know what documents were necessary before starting to fill the application form. However, the navigation was quite straightforward.
Everything went pretty fast and smooth. Just the price a little bit high but it is what it is :)

There are some small technical details that cost a lot of work (and some extra-money): Going to a forograph-chop to get passport-pictures. Only because I use a scanner, I was easyly able to load up the foto and a picture of my passport - but who owns a scanner privatly?

The instructions were easy to follow and the process was short. I had a little trouble getting the images right but that was my lack and not the system.

The whole process on the computer was a very difficult experience. Before I could complete the formalities, I had to call somebody in to assist and this also cost me! It really is not easy for the elderly (I am 87 years old) and somehow I wish it could have been simpler!
The web site was easy to access but for 80+ seniors difficult to maneuver the required information. I had to get my graddtr. over to help me take the picture, scan the bar code and download the information. I am sure I am not the only senior that doesn't know how to do that.
They Charge €100 extra administration fee that other websites don't charge. They also only inform you about this on the very last step of you application. This is criminal.

The first part is easy. I thought the process was finished and then you ask to download passport AND photo, which was not easy to do. Especially the photo part. If you're a elderly person it is not easy at all. Almost impossible.
