I would try to improve the documents and photos scanning process. I had to try 3-4 different scans of each before the system approved them. That part took %70 of the application time. Would be nice if there was a way to make that phase faster and/or easier. However, the entire procedure is very easy and efficient. Good job guys!
it is a farce - on the official site the visa is 10£ here is it 90£ more !!!
The process was not great but it was reasonable,I was just applying for something I didn’t really need for me it’s a short trip home to visit family and what I had applied for was much more detailed.
Document and picture tutorials should be mandatory for first time users before and process is started.
I paid $151.00 when I should have gone to the government app and pay only 10 pounds. I feel completely ripped off!!!!!.
The site was easy to navigate after I got into it. Unfortunately for me when I went back and did my husbands application it was nearly $100 cheaper which really did not make me happy.

Your Website accepted my passport photo, then rejected it. Your Website only takes photographs that look directly into the camera (not the slightest angle off). That means one has to go to a professional photographer, in all likelihood. When one is 75 years of age and a known traveller (with known traveller number), one expects more ease in uploading satisfactory photos.
Too much computer talk for me. I am not that literate with computers, messages, etc., and your “help” methods as well as the entire process are basically 100% computer knowledge based, which left me in a fog. So, for an “old guy” like me, it was difficult…but that may not be the case with generations younger than me. Anyway, thanks for the visa as we’re looking forward to our trip.

The process for passport and photo handling is very streamlined and easy to follow. The application was approved very fast. The only flaw was that a colour photo was not recognised as such.

You are ripping people off! You come up first when googling “form to enter UK” and you charge $188 compared to UK gov site which is 20pounds UK. They both came through in both the same time. I ended up doing the UK gov application as I was not sure if you are a trustworthy company. For people like me who was not sure what I needed to fill in, I automatically started filling in details on your site first without realising I could complete on UK gov site.

It took over 2 hours to get this visa. Every time I thought I was getting somewhere it took me in a circle. I didn’t have any trouble getting through the payment process but getting to the visa paperwork itself was a nightmare. A couple of very nice tech support folks saved my day !!

The use of What’s App made asking questions and receiving responses lightning fast! Also the iVisa app was fairly easy to use.

Difficult to upload photos. Had to shut down the app and re-open several times...error code said it was on their end. Also sometimes when I selected a photo, it tried to upload it sideways.
Amount of required data is acceptable and understandable. I was surprised to find out that a photo is required, but instructions for taking it were good. The preview function to check wether passport doc and photo are probably acceptable is helpful. Process was fast and rather simple. Answer was very fast (6min for my mon, 2h for wife and myself).
I feel taken! I googled "British ETA Visa" and your site popped up first. It looked legit so I went with it. I was shocked when I hit the page that the processing fee was $100 a person...but thought I had no other choice. I then find out that I could have gotten it directly from the British government for 10 euros. You should be upfront on the home page with the costs before people go to all the trouble to fill everything out. The way you do it...feels very underhanded and dishonest.
First of all, the automatic guidance wrt photos and why it wasn't accepted was lousy. Second, you were too expensive.

Im 78 yrs old. Finding the right web site was difficult and I spent nearly an hour doing the wrong one for my visit to see family. Once I found the right path, it was easy even for me.
Exorbitant processing fee. Doesn’t make it clear that going directly to the UK site has no processing fee.

I used this service as I believed it was the only way to obtain an ETA visa for the uk within 24hrs. How wrong I was, the airport in Melbourne would not accept it as being genuine. Whilst having a coffee I applied to the uk government website and obtained a genuine visa for $21.45, not the extortionate fee that ivisa charges. Definitely a ripoff.

The website was easy to navigate and the directions were understandable. The directions were generally easy to follow. The only change I could suggest would be to provide a summary of photos that would be required before asking for the first photo. This would allow the applicant to gather all necessary photos before moving to that section of the application
we are both in our eighties with limited computer savvy. Ivisa were very patient,understanding and helpful.
The site is user-friendly and one can certainly point out its advantages at the beginning, but!!! It should be made clear in the interest of fairness right at the beginning, as a matter of full disclosure, that the service can be obtained directly from the British government for a nominal cost.
