Difficult to move back and forth in case I make a mistake

I would order a normal Visum, but could only order the one in 24h ours, which was much more expensive! After the order and payment I saw by starting the app the version for less than 20 £ per person… All the rest was going well.

Let people know ahead of time to wear light clothes when taking the photo. My sister took many photos with her black but the system would not accept it until she wore a white sweater
The UK Visa is listed at 10.00 gbp, yet I have to pay 100:00 gbp to you !
I needed an ETA for the UK and was referred to an app to download. I thought the first app in the appstore was the one of the UK government but it wasn't. It was this sponsored app and unfortunately I paid much more than necessary. Is there a possibility to get the money back? The app itself worked very well though, that's for sure.
Way to complicated and expensive. We had to take many repeat photos of our IDs. Once we got through that we received the paper work quickly.
I thought I was in the official website where the cost was 10 pounds. When my only options were 115 pounds for two day processing and up, I thought it was because I was late applying (which was 9 days before my flight to the UK). I reluctantly paid the 115 pounds, grumbling at each step. And the site made me pay almost immediately, rather than at the end. Lesson learned but site was deceptive. Buyer beware!
There were some confusions to upload my picture using a camera on my phone! So I used a captured picture to upload.

Totally unnecessary. Complicated, and after O’K, came back with errors. England born, retired, and disappointed at last minute costs, almost wiping out our pocket money! May have to cancel trip. 🥲
The service should have cost 10 pounds. I feel scammed. Very angry and it gives me a bad feeling. Had I known to go to the government site I would have. It was a nasty, bad trick. 🤨😠
Speed of processing With in an hour documents were ready for download. Processing speed is amazing.
I liked that the document was not too long but in saying that, it took me quite a while to navigate around the 'photo' area question. Once that was completed, took no time at all for acceptance of my visa, so thank you.
I would like them to have a telephone number so I could speak directly to the person in charge. I am nervous that this is a real company that will allow me to enter the UK. Can someone call me from there on my telephone?
Cost too much for visa App was hard to log in. When documents came I could not log in and had to contact the help line. Still not fixed
Since I couldn't get my ETA for UK on the government site, I had to use this service. It was fairly easy but they are expensive.

It was diffcult to upload the documents you required, even we followed the fine instructions you suggest , it was hard for senior citizens to switch between the app and pc .

Your help support was 5 star. The only reason for the 4 star is I am 72 years old and I found it hard to up load our photos and passports . Thankfully my son was able to assist and we got it finished. I was expecting to attach the file thru email. At this age we are kind of tech challenged. After having trouble on line we contacted ivisa and there response was very helpful as they took our information and made sure our application could be verified.
feaulty in software 1. date of arrival can't be modified 2. visum starts at 2.4.2025 not at the date of the arrival in UK 3. cost are very high, each person ca. 100CHF, the GOV announced only 10chf each person. 4. the validity of my passport ends in august, that wy the visum also ends in a few months, the cost stay the same the whole procedure is too complicated and very expensive for many people

Unfortunately we werent aware before payment, that your totally overprice for ETA formula. The official price is 10 GBP pr person. You charge more than 80 GBP pr person😡.

Filling forms yuk! As soon as I have to fill out a form the guards go up! Yuk! I worry that I will make a mistake or do something wrong and then I will have to start over … but it was all so easy. If something needed to be corrected that was easy too. Well done to the application designer!
