  • I am very satisfied with the help of technology. I was able to apply it very easily. I hope to obtain a positive result. Thank you very much. It was perfect.

  • I asked iVisa for my wife and myself. For my wife, no problem, for me I was rejected ! without reason . I can ask again a new iVisa and naturally I shall pay again. Good bargain for the government. I am a 76 year old gentleman, I do not think I am a danger to the United Kingdom...

  • I was using my computer and completed the payment segment. Then a photo was requested. The bot just wasn’t clear. I lost the page. I returned to the application on my phone but had to start over. I could not find the place to continue. So I completed it more easily on my phone and had to pay the fee again. But I now have the correct approval.

  • The entire process very simple, form easy to be filled in, picture upload works as well smoothly.

  • The support was very good. The Programm could give more helpful information.
    Peter HugglerMarch 19, 2025
  • The program kept "hanging" on uploading a picture and nothing would allow me to move forward. It took a lengthy chat with an agent to ultimately upload a photo. whereupon I was informed of a long list of requirements to create a valid one. No one seemed interested in the problem of access through the Web. I wouldn't recommend anyone else to have to fight his way through the process. Visa ultimately issued as planned.

  • I struggled with the uploads because I am not as good with my computer as a younger person would be. But I figured it out and everything was fine.

  • Charged me $100 when govt cost only $13. Kept rejecting my photos even after accepting them first time - what a hassle.
    BRUCE BIDWELL ENGELHARDTMarch 19, 2025
  • All the entries had to edited which was very difficult The cost was exorbitant I did not need a 24 hour response for $99 I should not have to pay for processing
    Constance MaravellMarch 18, 2025
  • It was tedious and very time consuming to fill out the application. You had to upload your passport and a picture of yourself and for we who are not very computer literate, it was hard. Took way too much time. I really don't understand why it is needed except to generate revenue for the UK>
    Julianne ArroyoMarch 18, 2025
  • The site was easy to follow However, new passports are designed not to be copied so uploading an image of my passport kept failing
    timothy jenningsMarch 18, 2025
  • It was pricier than I had expected and the travel agent had reported. Other than that it was reasonably seamless. Hello I've been a little more computer savvy it would've been easier but I figured it all out. It's just nice I don't have to drive to London get it that way.

  • When I checked on the status of my documents I got a notice the information was incomplete!!! If I hadn't checked I wouldn't have known.
    Nancy MichaudMarch 18, 2025
  • Got it done fairly easily. Glad you have the scan and selfie options.

  • It was quite simple and very short..no long process with pages of questions.
    Zilpha EvansMarch 18, 2025
  • Easy to use and great communication . However, when uploading info for 2 people, the system didn’t let you know that you were scanning a second person. It had my name twice at the top and I thought I had to do mine again.

  • The process is not too cumbersome but why is this needed in the first place? Why can't I just travel from inside the EU if I have a valid passport as I used to do? And why do I need to pay for this? It looks like the UK isn't very welcoming anymore...

  • Fast, and easy to use! What they don't tell you up front are three things that would make it even smoother: 1) You'll need to upload a photo of your passport, 2) You'll need to upload a plain pic of yourself (no glasses, blank background), and three, that the cost is just over $110 without add-ons (such as rush delivery). So have that ready and you'll be even faster through the 10-minute process. I did not buy the "rush" options offered and within two hours, I had a notification of approval. 10-minute application process and a quick turn around time! Thanks iVisa for making it easy to meet the UK's new requirement!

  • You are charging 100 usd to do something costing 11 USD. It is a complete rip off

  • Given the 'hoops' I had to jump through to complete this process.. well it was far easier to renew my Passport. After concluding this process, I was left wondering 'Just What Is The Purpose Of A Passport'? We are 2 Seniors just wanted to spend a holiday in the U.K. and having to go through this process is certainly Not a Invitation to visit the UK. Our Canadian Passports should have been sufficient..really who thought up this Process? I would add here I was born a British Citizen in 1944 in the then colony of Newfoundland.

  • All good a bit of ambiguity on if really required or not especially if not staying in country why pay a fare or visa tax when your not entering the country and only in transit at a border point.

  • Very quick and easy. I expected it to take a week or two to get notified and I heard in less than 24 hours.

  • Uploading the personal photos was very frustrating. Surely passport info pages with photo included should be sufficient. This would be impossible for anyone without competent technological skills.

  • Sabastin was Very helpful when I had issue with my photo helped me through it perfectly

  • This was one of the easiest and best developed web-based approaches to e-Visas. I expect nothing less from my British friends. Thank you!
    Paul Richard KrauseMarch 18, 2025
  • This was a straightforward process. This is easy to follow. But it is important to know how to use upload documents from one's computer. I had to learn how to create a file so I could send in my passport and a recent photo on a white background.

  • The fact that I could get help from customer support team very promptly .
    George Michael KailisMarch 18, 2025
  • I was over charged and did not receive an invoice for my payment of 109.10 Eur for a visa
    PATRICIA MIKHAILMarch 18, 2025
  • Had to upload passport photos 5 times! Don’t understand why we have to pay to visit England when we have valid passports
    Marilyn Sue HeflinMarch 17, 2025
  • The application took me more than a week of frustration. The system would not accept the photographs submitted though they were recent ones taken professionally for our passports. The so-called tutorials were of limited help and again the new photos taken were not accepted though we felt they met all the criteria as had the passport photos. The WhatsApp responses were also of little use until, after many days, I had a response from a person I could actually speak with. The system created great anxiety and sleeplessness. The lack of human contact to discuss the problems, especially for an 85 year old person was disgraceful and was a terrible introduction to the UK.
    Adrian Roy TwittMarch 17, 2025
  • Too hard to use the Qr-code.You must have he right one.And the passport can kot be shiny or bent..I had to do it twice. Taking a picture and get it off correctly. I hope I never will be forced to fo this again! And I am not even visiting you country but changing airplanes in London! Paying a lot for just setting my foot at Heathrow airport!

  • I had to pay about usd 100 more than I should. So I am not satisfied. I feel betrayed.

  • We are not big international travelers. When I went to get my UK ETA visa, Ivisa was the first entry in my google search. From the opening page of the website, I could not tell this was a for fee service, and not the UK government's system. I had already given personal data and had paid before this was clear. I could have save $200 by using the perfectly workable system set up by the UK. Just the same, we got ours on the next business day. Downside besides the cost?: Now a private company has our personal data and photographs: something I never would have agreed to if I had known. Hey, Ivisa: BIG LETTER ON THE HOME PAGE. "WE are a for fee service."

  • Very easy to accumulate documentation into one source and submit. The entire process took less than 6 minutes; and I received confirmation withing 15 minutes of submission.

  • iVisa is one of a myriad of companies that are taking advantage of the new (as of January 2025) requirement that US travelers to the UK obtain an ETA. This is a simple travel document that is easily and quickly obtained for about 12 dollars by going to the only recommended place: the official UK government app or website. But many people—like my husband—do an internet search or go to reputable sites like AAA and somehow get referred to what they think are official government sites, but are really just “third party” services that do the application for you—at a hefty cost that approaches or exceeds $100. The Washington Post recently wrote an article about this, after one of their own writers fell for it. When I realized that my husband (a senior) had set this in motion, I tried to cancel the order with iVisa and requested a refund. But the cancellation did not work—since the document arrived two days later by e mail. We’ll see about the refund. Please don’t fall for this!
