For me it is incomprehenisble programming that I can send in an application that contains several mistakes - that then leads to a back-and-forth of questions and answers from both sides. Why did not the automatic scanning notice that i had not filled in an address e.g....

It was easy to complete. Prior warning of photos required would have helped. Total cost also.

You charged me OVER 108 Euros for a Traval Visa that costs 12 Euros on the UK Gov website. You are scammers and your fees are nothing short of criminal.
The app was intuitive and worked like it was supposed to. I received my eta within literally minutes of applying. I was skeptical, but this process really works!
It would be very useful to list the things someone needs to have prepared before starting the application such as scanned passport page, the photograph against the white wall and most important the price of the viša.
I am argentine . Is difficult in english lenguage. Everything good. But i had to repeat pictures many times ..... and they were the same !!!!!!

I thought the directions were confusing. First, they asked for a picture of our passport/ Picture page. Then it asked us to send a picture of us against a wall from the shoulders up.No explanation why. The craziest one was a question asking if we were affiliated with any terroist or terroist organization. There should be one European Visa. Now, if I want to visit family in Spain or Germany, I need to have a visa for each and incur a cost for each:
It worked well. We are only coming to LHR Terminal 5 and then we take bus to Terminal 3 an further on to CLT USA. But it was expensive 2300 SEK for me and my wife, so this will be our last visit at LHR for change of Terminal.

It would have been good, if you had told me, to go to the British Government homepage, and done the same work there (even less)as I did to you. That would have saved me 600,00 kr.

It was wonderful easy and easily fillable application forms and downloading the requisite documents
It was hard to get in to. @ web sites were provided by the travel agency. One alwaqys came up "page not available". The other insisted that a smartphone be used so I had to seek the assistance of a nerd - who did it all for me. So deffectively I could not use your system at all.

Once I worked out how to take a photo all went well and quickly.
Online instructions were clear including a tutorial on taking a selfie for application. However, taking an acceptable selfie without shadows proved difficult. If you have a passport photo on hand, use that as long as it matches how you look currently. Otherwise, the process was relatively easy and my approval was within two days.
This is an absolute scam and daylght roberry! I paid 90€ for a Visa for UK which should only cost 12€90!!
Process is simple except for taking and loading an appropriate photo which is a hassle. Otherwise just bloody expensive.
Not easy with my mobile but with My computer plus my mobile I did manage However : My son passed thru the UK website for his ETA and paid only 16€ for thé same document as me. So i feel frustrated : I paid 100€ here !!!!!
I’m not sure why photos plus passport pictures were needed. However, I was pleased that the portraits I took and the passport pictures were readily accepted
I spent a lot of time to get a picture accepted both from the passport and ourselves. The other thing is that I think that the visa is to expensive.

Very expensive and over complicated service. No record of submitted documents. Uploads are unreliable. Passport was accepted first then rejected one day later. Very hard to access the application after submission

It's a scam. They charge 100€ for a UK ETA, that you can just get from the official app for 13 €.
Maybe a bit expensive but in 4 hours they sent me the visas for the UK
I was stunned by how quickly I was emailed to tell me my ETA application had been approved; all within just 5 minutes. The instructions are clear, and once you have the 2 required photos, the application really does take close to 10 mins to complete. On the downside, however, I was stunned by the extra cost of 150 AUD on top of the 22 AUD fee for the UK govt which does seem to be excessive.

Sometimes difficult to take photograph The thing I dislike most is, I didn’t know until it was over how much it was gonna cost. I could’ve just gone straight to the government and not pay all that money $100. I was not in a rush.
I would have liked a disclaimer ahead of time of exactly what was needed for the application. I had pictures of my passport but did not have my passport with me, and didn’t have the correct view needed. The process took longer then necessary on my end because I didn’t know what was expected and didn’t have all the materials I needed to apply.
Taking lots of money for something that should cost £10. Then as a grand finale the application was not approved.
Stupid of me, but I discovered only afterwards that you’re not the official Chanel for the UK ETA. Your fee is much too high.
They should let people know up front that there is a cheaper way to do this and not take advantage of people who have never done this before.
I thought the price was suppose to be 12 dollars each person. When I completed I noticed it was 3 rd party. I tried to cancel and you customer service sucks. Also I still don’t have t have my visa it was suppose to be to me within 24 hours. I want a refund or at least some money back

Very easy and efficient process to apply for an ETA, with excellent updates on progress.
It took several phone shots to get the head pictures, and load in the passports. Went through after several tries. Shadows in the picture background was the delay.
