My Pictures of ourselves and our passports were accepted and then rejected multiple times before completion. The entire process took more than an hour. More important - Several traveling companions were charged about $13 US dollars each - we were charge $223 for a two person application and we are only changing planes in London. Should never have been required in the first place
So easy to complete the process, and received my Visa by the next day.
we paid extra for rush service but didn;t get it, the visa came 12 hours late
It was very difficult and frustrating to use. Took me 4 x times longer than it should have. I was doing 2 ETA's. 1. Got the wrong picture with the wrong name. And still accepted it. 2. How to move between the 2 people? 3. kept rejecting the passport picture when it really wanted another picture of the person.
The web site was responsive and intuitive. The whole system made it easy for me to get the visas.
Easy to fill in, a little more diffucult when something was missing.
It was mostly easy, however, it was difficult to share quality passport scans. I had to repeat 4 times before the quality was satisfactory.

The service was prompt and efficient. Although I had a lot of trouble taking suitable photos with poor lighting etc, you got it all sorted which is a huge relief. There were a few conflicting emails which was a bit confusing but it was all sorted well. Many thanks, Heather

Little instructions are vague and make it challenging for individuals who aren't technically skilled.

The application process is very cumbersome and users are not well guided through it. The steps in providing the information for each applicant aren't well explained and the applicant for which the information is to be required isn't identified - requiring a lot of looking around to find out what is expected. Using self-taken pictures is a recipe for rejection. My wife's application was rejected in spite of her photograph being initially accepted. Having to pay again to re-apply is ridiculous since the information provided was initially accepted.

It took me 50 minutes. Very difficult for a person over 70. Not user-friendly.
The Real ETA is thru UK.gov for $13.45 USD and takes only a few minutes to get approved.
You conned me by charging ten times more than the actual cost If I could I charge you for fraud

The search engine should not have directed me to you but rather the UK Government site. Why can you charge basically 10 times the fee to perform the same task? What did you value add to justify your fee. When I realised you charged me 180 dollars rather than 20 contacted Amex to make sure you were not a scam. I am still concerned that you are! Please advise how you calculate your fees. Please also put this comment on your website so others are aware of your mark up.
The process is very unfriendly. Moreover, your charges are extremely high. The UK government site clearly states that it cost £10.00 for the visa. Your charges is 10 times more expensive.
I am not sure if this is fake. I want to cansel our order, but I cannot find an mailadress. We have paid too much for this and I am not sure if this Visa is fake or not. So I want to cansel this order. We are afraid about our pass ports. Sylvia Kivle

It's a fraud to charge more than €100 for a visa that the official UK website processes faster than you for €12.

The velocity to get the visa and the perfect path to upload pictures and passport
Photo downloads were cumbersome and with very poor suggestions to correct. Also, why require another picture when the passport already has photo. Example of poor website design. ALSO, received message requiring another picture of spouse which followed approval of both applications. NOT worth the money charged (not the UK visa application). Find better alternative.
Cost of third party versus government issue is not a good value.
I had a good experience, and the system was easy to navigate
It was arranged logically and relatively easy to understand and use. I admit that, at times, I was frustrated with getting my photos (passport and face) to work. But after your team sent them back with a critique I was able to get the photos useful for the visa.
Got a price indication at the beginning, when i then proceeded the lower option was not existing anymore... had to pay 10x
I respect this service but find the fee is too high compare with other. British ETA on line charge 10 pounds but I paid 141 CND, how comes, I feel bad not surfing on line for ETA .

Misleading emails on what needed to be fixed. Telling me that I didn't fill out a question when the question was never asked! Passport photo requirements way too restrictive.

The site was very easy to use, provided clear instructions and when corrections were needed, there was excellent support.
1) I'm home-bound so I can't go out and do this. So it was GREAT to do this on my computer and phone from home. 🤗 2) the assistant was knowledgeable and patient. And polite! And very helpful!
Quick and very efficient process to obtain a Visa for 2 yrs

I needed to cancel and had a difficult time finding how to contact anyone until after it was too late to cancel. This was a very frustrating experience which took a lot of time.
My problem was that I kept losing the screen I was working on when I had to stop and take pictures . I had already paid , but couldn’t figure out how to get back to the screen to finish . The telephone # was not responsive to calls . I finally ( thank goodness ) received an email from I visa which helped me complete my application . WHEW!
Easily completed. Received approval within 12 hrs. I wonder if this was a fee grab. Oh well apparently it is required to travel from the US to the UK.
