Liked the convenience of doing it on an online app but disliked the very HIGH price to apply. Disliked that we have to pay to travel in the UK, especially when we already had a passport but we don’t charge you anything to travel in the USA. What’s this world coming to????

Although I mistakenly put my wife’s passport on my account they caught it and I was able to correct it and we were verified almost immediately.
Too much information required. Selfie very diffficult to get approved. Selfie not necessary. There are pics in my passport. Too expensive. And finally, WHYDO YOU SUDDENLY REQUIRE THIS VISA. It is humiliating. I will never visit the UK Again.

Ivisa overcharge by far.... for an ETA to the UK, do NOT use this site to apply.
Employees were very helpfull, very attentive, very kind. They gave us quickly extra attention when we had doubts and questions. They delivered teamwork en kept us the whole time up to date.
I used ivisa because I was in a desperate hurry and because its listing was at the top of the page. By the time the result came though I had applied directly to UK Gov and received my ETA at one tenth of the cost. Unjustifiable expense for ZERO added value.
It was completed with a slight hiccup with photos other than that it was okay
How come I got an extra cost of app. 100 pund when I was applying the ETA. Especially when I have written that I needed it the 27th of april, so no hurry. I could only choose 100, 105 or 110 pund when I was applying and did not have a possibility to avoid this quick cost.
It looks like robbery! IVISA abuses this situation where UK invents a new procedure, and squeezes loads of money out of the pockets of travelers, who do not succeed in using the ill-functioning UK ETA APP. So I got robbed too by IVISA after multiple failed trials with the UK ETA APP. Then, what IVISA is sending as so called ETA really looks like fraud: an unformatted, unsigned e-mail. I did not have any trust in this IVISA ETA, and applied again (now successfully) via the UK ETA APP.
It was very user friendly, and their customer support platform was very helpful.
Easy to find out, but had to upload my passport 4 times before it went through.
I was very anxious because I am not an expert in computere processes, but everything was simple and fast. I'm very happy also because my daughter lives and works in the UK. Thank ypu very much.
I made the request for tourism reasons, the cost seems very high to me, even if this does not depend on you
I thought I was applying ETA on the official UK Government web-page and was surprised that the ETA was so expensive! So i feel really fooled now paying 10 times more tha the real UK Government web-page.This is not good and I want my money back.
Main problem was uploading the photos to complete the application. Had to do both passport and applicant's photo twice as both were initially rejected. These problems lengthened the time to complete the application. Also, once both photos were accepted the program stated something else was wrong which was incorrect and caused another delay. Subsequently, the program rectified the matter and all of a sudden everything was OK much to my liking and the application was completed and was processing awaiting further word from the UK Government. Later on happily the ETA was approved and now can visit your wonderful country with no problem(s). Just felt that the process was frustrating and kept "kicking" me back to earlier screens for another run around. Needless to say, am very happy everything is completed but do feel there are some "bugs" in your program(s) that need study.

I was tricked by my own googling into using your site. Was looking for the british government site. Now I paid the sum twice for one service. So, no. I am not pleased at all. You have aggressive marketing to a degree that makes it difficult to find the correct site on google.
I booked a flight to see a sick relative. I discovered that I needed a visa to enter. It was $30 for the VISA but another $300 for same day results!!!!
Costly and could not look at each step in application to ensure everything had been prepared.
The Procedere would have been easier for me, if I had at the beginning the Information, that I need photos from my pass and from my face as files.
Google Play automatically downloaded this app, when I downloaded the official app from the UK government. Without realising there were two apps on my phone, I applied for the visa using this app. It charged me 10 times the government fee. I am hugely disappointed with myself for not noticing its business practice. I hope the visa is not fake.
Very unhappy, but my fault. Instead of paying £9, I paid over £100 for the ETA visa - I don’t understand why these services charge this much more as the service includes only minimal support :(
Process was easy except the photo upload. Kept getting error messages. Took multiple trys
It was all easy to understand and upload the different documents. And the approval was done in less than 24 hours.
Sight was hard to move from section to section, no "back" option with some screens.

Rita was fantastic. It's systems and not the people. She was patient and professional. The problems were more on our part than yours. The UK website is a disaster. I'm not a great person on the computer being 82 and remember using a rotary dial phone. Taking pictures on a phone is somewhat beyond me. But Rita hung in there and we are successful

Fairly easy to use. Everything was accepted then had to go back and redo due to glares. It was very quick after that. Be sure your download have no glares and is easy to see. If you don’t have pictures on your passport don’t wear them when you take your picture for Visa.
The computer program didn't work, and I relied on the chat to enter the information manually. The process took more than an hour!
Easy ! Fast ! Picture taking can be tricky! Taking photo of passaport can also prove dificult since it doesn’t open flat !
It is a little too peaky as far as photos are concerned. Furthermore the cost of this application is extremely high. I did not expect such a high cost !! Nevertheless, the process and the confirmation were quite fast.

Very simple and clear instructions. I was able to use my phone to take photo of myself. No need for professional passport photo.
Very quick, but very expensive with no upfront info about the gap between 20GBP and the 99Eur it ultimately costs.
The input etc is easy and understandable, but the price for this is ridiculous. When it comes to the “Standard fee” that is almost 10 times the cost of the Government fees!

I got the wrong visa and I cannot change it with a refund of the difference in fee.
I had persistent problems uploading documents to the system. it took SEVEN photographs of my wife's passport before it begrudgingly accepted it, and it would not accept my wife's recent photo. I had to have technical support do that for me.

Efficient but took an hour to get my photo accepted. Too sensitive. It even, at first, would not take a copy of my official passport photo. Also, not clear if there is a card for the Visa or just the letter saying it was approved.
It was very easy to use and very quick in getting a UK visa. However, there was no transparency regarding the cost of the visa up front (it was only after all data was entered and I was taken to the payment step that I learned how much it would cost), and the cost was much higher than I thought it should be. This makes me question how much I was charged by the app to use it over what it would have cost if I had gone directly to the UK government.
Super easy. Very few steps. Clear communication. You all did miss your 4 hour window (should have been 4 pm, and it was more like 7 pm,) but it was a Sunday, so perhaps that is why. Still, great, easy service, so 5 stars
