My husband and I applied for a visa on your website and we paid about 110 CHF each. Our friends only paid about 11 CHF per person for the same visa. I know that I paid way too much on the iVisa website. I paid ten times more then I would have paid for the same visa on another website! I am very disappointed and I feel betrayed.

Thé date of expiration of the passeport is wrong on the receipt though I wrote it right. I can’t change it.

After submitting the application and making the payment, it became clear to me that as an Israeli I do not need a visa and should only pay £10 for the eta when you charged me £100. When I contacted you, I was told that you were very sorry but there was nothing you could do. This was not the answer I expected. What happened here was a robbery.

I was nervous to attempt to apply for my Visa because im not technology savvy. This was easy! The directions were simple and precise. It took me a short length of time and have already received the document.
I need to get better scan of my passport and the expense seems high, though it is for two years. I had an ILR (UK green card) but it expired at the first of the year. I'm surprised that the UK is instituting this visa requirement, as I've been going back and forth for decades.
This is due to the separation of europe, too bad a normal passport is not enough. It all costs extra money.

My husband’s says approval and then it says denial mine says approval and then it says denial when you go to print it so I have no clue what’s going on. I applied for my ETA through iVisa and found it very thorough. I do think the price was a little high compared to applying directly with the UK. I have been approved and am very grateful, looking forward to a cruise in July out of Southampton.

I've done everything that was asked, and on my husband's passport. It says that the his face is cannot be seen. It would be nice to talk to a human being so that maybe they could direct me.
Straight forward, easy to use. It did take about 7 or more attempts to get an acceptable photo using my cell phone with the passport refusing to lay flat and with light glare and shadows.
The process is relatively simple ,just have to follow the instructions and make corrections if necessary

This company’s website popped up first when I searched for ETA for UK. It did not indicate that it was ‘sponsored’. I was in a hurry, and thought it was an official website. I paid $140 for something that is worth $12. I’m an angry customer who will never use this company again.
It is easier when using the Mobile, the Web page is less versatile.
Only make sure your pictures of you passport and yourself are clear
I did not know about the new rules and probably left my application til later than I should have. I applied late in the evening and had the visa in me inbox when i got up in the morning Ivisa is quick, simple , and efficient
The app works very well. But the ETA cost is too high.
I think it's very expensive and I don't understand why , remember we were neighbours for decades I mean Belgium and UK . But we still love to go up there . . . I suppose we haven't any choice .
The official site from UK Government simply did not work. IVISA provided the access to the new British form swiftly and seamlessly... at a price
The application process was easy, and I received notifications along the way. I was approved within 30 minutes of completing the application.
I paid 109 pounds but I had my Eta within a pair of hours! Amazing!
To be honest the visa for my husband and were provided quickly, but I do not understand why you charged such a high price. Only afterwards I learned that I could have obtained them for €13,-- instead of €100,-- per visa. This was not communicated openly.
I appreciate the availability of ivy chatbot during evening hours. I got some advice and was assured my matter was being solved. But then I really needed the live assistant to help me make the right decision. It was really pleasant to communicate with her as she was leading me very well to finishing my request the right way.

Was not clear that by doing Ivisa that a $200+ fee would be applied. Not happy and go not recommend, go straight to government site.

You price is so high. Normaly you pay around 15e per person with you 90e. Basically you cheated me!

The App is working well and the communication is very good and fast. It is easy to load up all required data and the Visa arrived 12 hours later.
My husband attempted a joint application via the app last week. When he got to the payment the app declined payment from three different cards. He then completed the application online via computer using one of the same cards. Unfortunately due to the duplication of some of the steps he made an error and uploaded the wrong pic for myself. His application was accepted but mine was rejected. We received an email to this effect and were told that I would need to reapply and pay again as per government policy. We are both very annoyed about this as although my husband made an error it was brought about by the App failing to accept payment and the need to repeat parts of the process. As to my own more recent application which I did via the app, I uploaded the pic of my passport but it wouldn’t let me continue with the selfie giving only the options of “cancel” or “submit”. From the previous experience of being rejected I chose to cancel. I then completed my application online via computer without incident. The policy of no refunds when clearly the app is a beta version (2 applications which couldn’t be completed) - is grossly unfair. I even wonder if it is legal!
It was a well guided and quick process but also rather expensive. I have received many emails both during the process and after and I think one could minimize the number of emails as otherwise they will be annoying and end up in the spam folder. - But again, the program is very good and efficient and I shall recommend it to whoever needs assistance in seeking for a visa.
I was recommanded to ask the ETA in an app on my telephone. My screen is not so big, I thought I was asking the ETA on a safe government site, but unfurtuned I was guided to iVisa wich is very expensive and is situated in Russia. Not to be recommanded
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Stay away from this website!!!! They charge for stuff that can be done for free or for a very low charge then what this website is asking for.
I got multiple messages about my visa which were conflicting. And taking the photos was also confusing, with the photo being accepted when taken then rejected later. Hard to figure out why.
