Quick response to issues. A little difficulty getting a glare free picture of a passport because of the glossy finish on USA passport information page, but the online feedback enabled me to work through it in <24 hours.

This was an easy process. I received our documents the next day. I didn’t initially see the drop down box to obtain the 2nd traveler’s documents. I did find it and downloaded and printed both documents.

The process was clear, but the app was not able to access my iPhone's camera. Other apps have been able to do so with no problem. So I had to take the required photos separately and then uploaded them to the iVisa site. This was an extra step and took more time.

We did not immediately understand iVisa, was an intermediary, for the UK Government. We are still not sure if we could have dealt with them directly to save hundreds of dollars! We CAN say, the experience took us MANY HOURS to get our self picture correct. We did not understand, if our passport picture was OK with the USA Government why it was not OK with UK? Hours of take the self picture, scan, upload, get rejected and do it it all again. The most positive review we can give is to the customer support team at iVisa who were SO very helpful in getting us approved, (1.[redacted]) Thanks to them we can travel to the UK! We also understand, thanks to USA policy :( other countries will follow suit now.

The cost is extortionate. They misrepresented as the official GOV application for visas. Charged 600% more than what the actual visa cost.

Instructions on how to take the pictures we're very easy to follow. IVisa is quick to respond and very patient with people (like me) who had a difficult time getting the photos correct.

Apart from the fact that I first received a visa on a passport that expires in the middle of my trip to the UK, so I had to do it twice...and pay twice, I was very pleased with a well designed and easy to use website. I was impressed by the speed of the process and made me look forward to the trip. The only shadow on the process is that I did not expect a citizen of the commonwealth (I am Canadian) to need a visa...

Downloading photos was a very difficult process. My photos were rejected 17 times. How could those photos be rejected when they were better than my passport photos? The good news is that customer support just did it for me. No idea how! But I was grateful.

The process once I had understood it was easy to follow. It took not much more than 10 minutes to complete. If the process remains the same it should be even quicker in 2 years.

It was very easy to do it and very fast the answer
Everything was easily understood (unlike trying to do it on our own), the technology was simple to use, and we received our ETAs the next morning.
Good reactivity after we made an error. I paid for 2 visas but I scanned my documents twice instead of of having Judith Ricard scanned. Help desk received it later ( photo and passport) and they should apply for Judith Ricard We are waiting for the confirmation

The Visa was easily and quickly received. My one difficulty - passport picture - was easily resolved.
The application was easy to complete and there was a step by step guide to finishing off the form including information on how to take the photos and download I missed a couple of things and they phoned me to advise what to do which was really great It was a bit expensive but it was worth it
