The step by step instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The process from beginning to end took very little time.

The form processing was well explained. The visas were sent promptly via email. However, the price for a visa is very high.
Process went fairly quickly and I got my visa within 10 or 15 minutes of completing the application! Only difficulty I had was uploading the photos of myself and my passport because it was hard to find si place in the house without shadow or glare. Perhaps better to apply during the day when it’s sunny.
I'm not comfortable with computers, and found it difficult to get a decent photo and download it to the file. Once I had a friend help me, it was easy.
The fastest ever in my life service for UK visa. Literally in minutes I got it. I appreciate it a lot since I needed urgently visa. In regards to cost- it costs ,yes, but where else you can get visa literally in 10 minutes?

I found the process to be easy and fast. Everything was explained very well. Any errors I made were clearly explained, and easily resolved. I was very impressed with the response time and turnaround time for the final product and when more information was needed. I was a bit leery when I learned I had to do this via an online process, because sometimes there are problems with technology, but this whole process was a perfect 10.
Great, swift service, and the CHAT feature (which I needed to access) is also quite quick and very helpful.
Speed. Would prefer advance notice about color photo, not passport. Easy forms, good timely response. Love it!
Taking the photo without glasses is was a problem for me once I take of my glasses I can’t see well enough to take a proper photo

It was a quick clear process. Even when I had to resend my passport photo that was really quick too. I would recommend doing this on a phone rather than iPad as it’s harder to do the photos on the iPad.

I needed my son to help but between us we were able to do it. I was impressed with how quickly it was processed. It wouldn’t accept my passport scan at first because I had it upside down but my son sorted that and took my photo. The app was not compatible with my phone so it was very useful to use iVisa.

It was easy to apply for the ETA visa. The online assistance on loading up my documents was very helpful along the way. I was able to load up the documents quickly and received immediate information on my apication status.
It was difficult to scan our passports because the pictures seemed to have glare after scans. Maria who helped us was very kind and we are appreciative
Had a bit of problem printing ETA. Had to be very quick to hit the print icon or it disappeared.

You need a handy and App, otherwise it is unfortunatelay, not possible to obtain an ETA

At the beginning you are a bit restrained but then you get the hang of it and it is very easy to follow. Next time it will be a half minute job.

It was Not so difficult to understand the advices. I‘m Not so pleased about the costs of 102 €.
Most things were straightforward and went well but we were confused and had trouble getting our photographs taken and accepted.

It was much easier than the US ESTA! But as an older person, I find the need to take a current picture frustrating - I understand why you require it, but it would be helpful to be advised before starting the process that this has to be done. Thank you

I had a few problems with uploading the image of my passport. Also, at check out there were additional fees I had not anticipated (which were MUCH higher than price advertised).
website. the app was difficult. i would get to the end and payment was not accepted. tried 3 times with 3 credit cards.
Easy to follow instructions. However it would be helpful to have a checklist at the beginning to make it easier for applicants. Eg. have your passport, it will cost this much, we will need a photo of you etc.
The website initially quotes a price of $21 USD however when completing the application you’re not given an option outside of $120USD quick delivery. Our trip to the UK is not till July and did not need quick delivery.

To get the visa the programm runs smoothly and quick. Received the visa quick after my application.
The fast issue of visa was good The uploading of pbotod wasnt so easy unclear at times I think it would help to have a list of items you need to be handy before starting eg passports photos but on the positive side the site saved data if you are interrupted while completing the application.
