I didn't understand the full cost from the beginning. Which wasn't a problem in itself. I aslo got a mail saying that you needed more information while I was busy filling in the form.
Filling in information and answering the questions was relatively simple and straightforward. Taking my photograph was the most difficult. It took me nearly fifteen minutes to get it accepted. Somehow, I completed it, and my visa was approved within 20 hours.

Everything was fine except that the fact that the passport scan was not ok was not flagged immediately. Had to go through three iterations, each time waiting to get confirmation.
Everything was pretty easy except taking the pictures that were needed- ended up taking the photos with our phone cameras as it wasn’t clear on the site where to press for the pictures-
The customer service was very nice I was asked to provide my passport photo twice, which is a problem. Photographing both pages, while leaving the bottom information visible was hard. I ended up scanning the passport, and then resizing the image.
The UK is not part of the European Union, but part of Europe. Therefore a visa should actually be superfluous!

The application for a UK visa was quick and efficient. It was quite expensive.

The opportunities are confusing. I choose 24 hours and got my visa in 15 minuten . And it was very expensive. If i would be unter pressure I would choose 1 hour for rund about 399 € and the result was the same

It would have been a 5 star rating for ease of use except I had trouble downloading the visa after it had been approved and had to go to the chat bot who got a human involved who sent me a link I could then download with no problem. Otherwise it was very fast and easy to use.
