Because se we are elderly and not very technical we weren’t sure how to take the photos, only realised later they the camera takes the photo once your face is in the correct position. The same with passport photo. Maybe it should be advised that the photo will be taken automatically once the image is correctly placed.
Straightforward info, well designed. My only point of confusion was that I thought I would have the option to get the app.

I was frequently as a courtesy reminder to submit the application . I needed to organize a trip to the; UK on compassionate grounds in a hurry and very relieved this could be done . The process was quick and easy and very appreciated.
The one thing I didn’t like was understanding it was $22 and it turned out to be $112. This is the information given even by travel agents. The $22 turns out to be a government fee, not the total charge. Other than that it was easy and I think efficient. I understand that the ETA is tied to my passport and things will go smoothly on my 10 day trip.
The speed was great. I struggled a bit when taking my own photo with my phone without my glasses while the instructions on my phone screen kept shifting. Overall, a great experience. Thank You!
Very quick easy to follow instructions. The only glitch was visa for Namibia was unable to complete due to not being allowed to put cruise company or ship as stay in their country. Felt that money should not have been paid until visa was completed. Waiting on refund.

I received a message at the end of the process indicating that the documents hadn’t been uploaded (or words to that affect). This was not the case, but it did cause unnecessary confusion.
When I entered the website to apply for the UK ETA I immediately saw the link to apply for the visa. What I didn’t see was information as to what additional information I would need to apply, such as a scan of my passport and photo. Fortunately I had already a photo on my computer that I used to renew my USA passport but I had to pull out my passport and scan it to upload to your site. This type of information should be available before starting the visa application.

I got the UK visa but it took 4 days. What was difficult was not knowing what the issues were fir the delay.
It was difficult following the sequence of requirements to apply for this evisa. The photo section was not clearly described thus it took far longer than should have been required to complete the process.

It really was difficult to find the right place to get the Visa as Swiss.
It was not havy to handle the app. Only to make the picture of me (selfie) was a little bit complicated.

Its very easy to fill in and to understand But i couldent not fill in all the needed Information, because I have to leave my session about a very important thing and I faund no way to stop and choose that i will go on with the session on en other day. So i close the session. Today isee i got mails to connect easy and go on. Then it was Great again to work with your app.

It was pretty simple But I don’t think it should be necessary to have a visa to fly through a city when I have Global Entry and a good a valid passport. JusT my opinion

When I got to my destination I was told the visa was not linked to my passport. This led to issues. I hope this gets corrected
Everything was easy and went smoothly. My only criticism is that it ought to be possible to review one's work before final submission. I had to keep going back to work on the applications, (for three of us), and was unsure that I had lined up all data properly. There was no way to review my work before sending it on. That feature would be helpful. Thanks.
