I liked the fact that they kept me updated on the progress of my application as it was delayed due to the weekend, but by early this morning we had our ETA's
It was simple and easy to fill in the information needed except when it came to scanning the passport. I did get right after 3 attempts

Well didn't know that I had to have a photo of myself and also photo of my passport. I was told that if over 70 years of age I don't need to pay the fee but I did had to, where did that come from not paying if over 70? The other thing had no choice using iVisa!
Photo should be able to ne uploaded befote having to pay up front
It‘s great to apply online. It is a little Bit cumbersome to take the pictures, especially pictures of persons.
Being able to get my document while sitting in a chair at home.
It was quick and straight forward. The only hard part was getting a good picture of my passport. I had to try three times to get it to take.
It was easy to get to the right site location. Filling the doc was simple even for a simple person like myself. I hope the process at the airport in the UK will be as simple. Thanks
It was mostly very easy and quick, but taking a picture of a passport with an holographic image was unnecessary complicated. Maybe you need to update your image recognition software. This issue was the reason that I had to use a worse picture than the original scan in the end and that I had to wait for natural lighting. Although text was readable below the holographic image. Also none of my pictures was fully accepted by the software. At least the last one seemed to be checked by a human. Still less than an hour waiting after the picture got accepted was pretty good
The very negative from my side is that as swedish passport holder need. A visa for uk
Easy to read instructions each step and save feature eliminated the need to start over if I had to leave the application
Very easy to complete the application. I had no problems completing the application for myself and my brother. The website ran very well, and allowed me to save my progress, when I needed a picture or other information. The approval process was less than 16 hrs. from start to finish, and most of the time was waiting on a picture, not the actual approval.
Straight forward directions. The use of the mobile device camera was easy to navigate. The build in quality controls is a smart idea.
I have very limited skills in using my phone and apps. With the guidance provided with your staff, I was able to secure the Visas for both me and my wife. It took time but we were successful. Thank You
I liked the prompt service and the punctual delivery very much. Some feedback for your consideration: 1. The messages reflected did not synchronise, leaving the user in doubt. Some examples: a. The message on the handphone showed photograph is being reviewed while that on the desktop showed that it was accepted. b. The message on the application on the desktop showed that it would take a few minutes to check (there was a graphical indication that it was being processed) while an email was sent stating no action was needed and that if there was a need, the authority would revert. 2.The fee is quite costly because a high % of the application is handled by the system.
The follow up and help was great for me, a senior citizen. I had previously applied and waited for more info but that was in error so I was glad to be able to finish the application. Thank you for you help!!!
I am not very experienced in using mobilephone, bur for Iphone generation is good, but I am happy the result - my visa is sorted out, because I need it now.

We do a great deal of travel- so I have experienced many VISA services for entry into different countries. The majority are highly frustrating, difficult services- sometimes requiring 3-10 (yes 10) additional application submissions - aka Brazil in 20204) before your application is accepted. Just a nightmare! Enter iVISA. iVISA is the absolutely easiest VISA provision service we have ever used! It's quick, intuitive, and has very reasonable standards for accepting photos and passport scans. (Great Scott- some of these services will reject a photo if there is the slightest shadow on the wall behind you, or your hair is out of place. Actually my hair is always out of place...). I will definitely use it again and recommend it.
It was easy you follow the process. And it didn't take long .
The process can be quite frustrating and stressful because of the photos of the person and the passport which are very difficult to provide at an acceptable quality given the technology we have to work with.
This process of receiving an ETA - UK was very easy! You need only to have your passport handy for your passport number to put on the form. The ETA is then linked to your passport, so there's no need to carry anything for the ETA. I was approved in minutes and ready to enter the UK!

I had a little problem getting a good photo for my passport but otherwise it was very easy. They approved my application on the same day.

The app worked well and the application was easy and smooth. I now have yet another single purpose app on my phone that I need to update and monitor for security. That was the downside. I would have preferred to use a browser

The system is easy to use but has you enter the same info several times which seemed a little unnecessary.

It would be better that the request of all the documents (photo of subject and of passport) come before the payement
Fairly simple sequence of input required, & when I accidentally omitted some information, it was easy to get back & fill it in. My only problem was with getting the photos of self & passport, in the frames on your site, probably because my hands were shaking a bit.
Quite straight forward process. I struggled a little with the passport scan and I hate my selfie , but that is just me, I’m 70 years old and not that good at technology
Extremely simple, divided into logical steps to make is easy, uploads were simple, address recognition worked fine.

That it was a fast turnaround and I was given advice as to how best to take the picture of my passport.
I had a slight problem, with the address where my mum lives, I made a mistake and put London instead of Guyana. I couldn’t fix it online so I get to someone via what’s app and she was able to fix it for me in minutes. Very helpful
The site starts with payment, and does NOT reduce the amount when it becomes apparent that only one (not two) iVISAs is required. It would appear to be able to cross-check applications with other government sites, which is fine, but still requires manual completion of fields. That is unhelpful and time-wasting.
First time I did the process, it was difficult to figure everything out, but I eventually got it.
I found the process very difficult to navigate. Had to redo areas of the application several. Had to ask for assistance to finish. Will say the agent that helped me was outstanding and deserves a big thumbs up!
