It was easy to comply with the requirements because this site provided the means by which we can take pictures of our passports and ourselves and upload them.

It was great to be able to apply for the visa at home rather than going to an office and waiting. The instructions were clear. The photo was challenging (it's the first time the words "smile detected" had a bad connotation) but everything else was easy. And the Visa showed up within an hour.

It would have been helpful if all steps were described ahead of applying. To suddenly have to take photos during the process made my husband very stressed. To us elderly people it was a bit challenging but we managed. The cost was also higher than estimated in NOK.

While I was given no other choice for getting the Visa the website was very specific with its requirements so there was no question as to what was acceptable. It was a challenge finding a blank wall that we could take the head shot of as most homes have color or items on the wall that made the picture not qualify.

It was absolutely great that it was possible to fix the whole thing quickly, but terribly PAINFUL because of the high payment. The new regulation was a very unpleasant surprise; hardly anybody in Poland knows about it. I feel that the potential visitors to UK were not properly informed about the new regulation. Something can still be done about this (mass media, the Internet, etc.)

The company is doing great and specific with outline and documents necessary. The only thing I had difficuklty was Taking a selfie at the end. But it was my mistake by missing one part of the tutorial to wear solid color for the picture! Thanks for all you do
The process is great but I have had some trouble with my phone in getting pictures downloaded. But I made it finally. It was frustrating at times as I had to do the same things several times before I received the final project.
You have no other option, but to use it. It is expensive though, so beware.

I received a message that the photo I had to upload was fine. Then I received a message saying it was rejected and I had to redo it. That was annoying--especially because the alleged problem with the first photo didn't exist. Aside from that, the system worked pretty effectively.
The fact that the iVisa system easily scanned the required images and let me know immediately whether they were acceptable or not.
I understand that while paying a 100 GBP i could have done with 10 GBP. Most likely only because i Selected the wrong app.
