It is a financial robbery. I got it by accident and then it was too late. You probably paid Google to put this app before the "UK ETA" app even when the search is "UK ETA" in app store...
Problems in taking the photo with a white background. Even if the wall was white, when printing the photo, it became beige and I had to send 4 of them.
Your responses were very quick. My only question is I'm married to an English woman and my daughter lives and married in England. The reason why I go to England is to visit my daughter and grandchildren once or if I'm twice a year for 4 days at a time
I was trying to get a entry ETA into England. Without thinking too much of it I got onto the website to went through the process. I was shocked at the expense but did not realize until after that this form should only cost about $12 US per person if you go through the UK website. What should have cost $51 US for a family of 4 cost $445 US. I tried to reach out immediately when I realized what had happened and could not get a human to answer. My fault but I know that I was way overcharged.
Etc was 1 h and it took 3 days I went to the airport and came back
Fairly easy to use. Price seems out of range with other govt sites. Not 100% sure I needed to spend ~ $100 USD to have a 3rd party company do what another site could have delivered for ~ $15 USD. Likely will not use this company again.
I ask for 2 visas, mine and Ana Victoria POLLAk, I have mine but not Ana’s and no body tells me why

The Application was easy to complete, and the documents required for proof of ID etc were easily uploaded
The app was easy enough and fairly intuitive. The only cumbersome part was scanning passport and the selfie. Would recommend having an appropriate photo handy.
I would guess not everything was extremely Fair easy and simple except for taking of the photo that is very difficult to try to get the white background and take from the sellers up if you don't know how to use your technology off your phone it becomes difficult other than that not too much of a Nation

The chat agents are terrific, kind and attentive. But the system and the messages from AI that don't match agreements with the agent, are frustrating and worrisome. My wife and I are in our 80's and not good with uploading. The chat agents agreed to do it for us, but it took several stressful days to get it done. You can't expect people our age to be familiar with these things. Now that it's been approved, I wonder if my wife is covered as well. Her name and passport number aren't shown.
While the service was ok, the price was far too high. Photo frame did not fit.

Your site is very expensive to get a visa. I could have gotten a visa for ten pounds. I thought your site was for the visa department in the UK.
As far as I know, the ETA fee is around 10 pounds, but the amount charged is almost close to 100 pounds. Please kindly check the amount and provide a response.
The system didn't accepte the photo of my passport even after several tres. I wanted to try again a little bit later but no way to find the file. I sent a message by whatsapp and obviously the answers were given by AI useless! Finally I received an e mail with the link to my file.
I had to take the passport picture numerous times because there was a glare in the passport picture itself and there was nothing I could do about it.
The cost was too high. If you apply in gov.uk the cost is just 12,43€ but if you apply from this app the cost is 91€ !!!

It was a rip off using this site. I googled UK ETA and did not realise that I was directed to this site which charged me a 900% fee to issue my UK ETA which I now discover could have been easily done on the UK government website. Do not use iVisa. They take your money for doing nothing.
It was quick and easy and I am not very computer savvy but I did it on my phone easily
After I applied with iVisa for UK ETA, I found out that many people call them scammers. Yes, I paid more for the visa, but I received it in less than 24 hours. The iVisa Suport team were very helpful, keeping in contact with me all the time. They delivered what they promised. GOOD JOB !
It to expensive for a visa for UK I pay over 800 kr for a visa for uk. Normally, it’s only cost 10 pounds oh my God, I feel like I got robbed
This process took a couple of hours to complete, very frustrating as it kept rejecting pictures of passports and ourselves.
I was shocked at the price! The actual document cost $13USD but because we needed it expedited, they charged us $221USD! This is such a profit-making organization that I find it difficult to recommend to anyone. Do your due diligence and wait 3 days - it will save you $200USD!
