The fee was taken from my account twice. If my bank did not have such strong security you would have taken the fee twice!
The photo part was terrible as was the feedback of correct/incorrect response
I am unable to know this ivisa is a third party agency for application of ETA which having no sign or wordings on the form.
Having the demonstration examples to show how to complete makes it easier to complete. It was difficult to keep the passport page open and take a picture. The prompt communication helped with correcting errors early.
Used ivisa by mistake, tried to get to the official UK government site and was led to ivisa ended up paying 10 times the official rate. Would appreciate a refund.
I’m always nervous about new tech, but this really was easy. I think I could have scanned my passport as I do have that gold bar, but I took pictures instead. For some of us older gals it takes us a moment to make sure we are following our instructions 😂. I’m so excited about my trip to the UK to visit my family and enjoy your beautiful country. I don't understand why it costs money to pass through your airport...it says $12 but then ends up being $120. It's just a fee/tax on international travelers. The initial application didn't have the detailed questions that came after I submitted it, so I don't understand why those questions weren't included in the first place. You also ask for more information than I feel comfortable giving.
Overall, the website worked out, but it took me over an hour to track down passports and passport photos, and the prompt to open iVisa on my phone didn't always open easily. Ultimately, it was pretty painless and certainly saved me time to mail in an application...would still need to track down passports and photos. Thanks you.

I became stressed as I did not know how to download,but an extremely helpful and caring lady led me through the process, thus preserving my sanity. She simplified matters.
The website and app are user friendly and the process was very simple.
Through UK Government site, an ETA costs 10 pounds per person. I was charged for 2 people an outrageous $384.91 Australian! This is total fraud!!!! I request a total refund!

I had great difficulty uploading my passport and photo to your site. Took a lot of time and multiple tries. Said it was accepted and then a message would come saying I had to re-do it, twice. Very frustrating and then I found I paid $99 US when I could have gotten the same thing for $12 US!!
Application process was simple with clear guides to input required information. Approved Visa was issued within hours even though the estimated time was in days.
I was blindsided by the need for this. It seems like a money grab and completely unnecessary and expensive.

Very simple form and good instructions. I applied for an ETA for me and my wife. I paid for “rush” for both. I don’t realize as a US and UK citizen that I don’t need an ETA. Can I get a refund for my non processed ETA?
Easy and straightforward process! The App makes it more simplified! Only thing I didn’t like, was the cost. and it was probably just over looked by myself… was I read it was only $12.63 to get the visa. And when I started to fill out the application it turned out to be an additional $100. But it is what it is.
It was easy except the loading of the passport photo. I us ed the camera option first. The one that ‘looked fine’ looked blurred to me even though it wasn’t. So I use the load file option and a photo that looked good to me wasn’t accepted even though I followed the guidelines.
This app is so easy to use and user friendly. I filled out the form and received my Visa within an hour.
My colleagues in US that are going on the same trip only had to pay $15.00 and your service costs $111.00 dollars? This seems like a very large difference to me. Why the large discrepancy? I was trying to do the right thing, to prepare ahead of time, but I feel like I was the victim of a scam instead.
can't believe I was in that much of a hurry and didn't verify I was on the UK.gov site. You charge an outrageous amount...the travel ETA visa is about $12, and you charge $111...that's a rip off!

I have two order number? [redacted] for which I was charged $161.00 & the 2nd [redacted], for which I have no idea what I'm being charged for? I [redacted], never got a call back, which should have been in 24 hours. My passport could not be read, my photo was too bright! I finally received my visa by a miracle! And expect a refund of at least my first attempt of using your service for [redacted].

The ONLY reason I used this service was because I wasn't paying attention to what appeared first on Google. I thought it was the official UK ETA site instead of a sponsored site. After I realized my mistake, I went to the official UK site to process my wife's ETA and paid $13. I was charged $111 by this company.
I mistakenly click on the Ivisa website, it charged high fees. I changed my mind and wanted cancel my order. But it won’t let me cancel.
I thought that I was connecting to the UK government site. My mistake cost me additional fees to the cost of the visa.
I submitted my application at 12.30 and received my visa 9 minutes later
The entire process went smoothly. I needed help in getting my passport and personal picture integrated into the application and the IVisa staff was very responsive to assist me with this task. Everyone was most professional and prompt to respond.
Once i got the hang of what it was looking for it was simple.
Site is not easy to work with unless you are tech savvy. Should contain a list of everything you need PRIOR to starting process.
After a frustrating start when the automatic reply kept throwing back the passports without telling me what was wrong and how was I expected to fix it, I got to email with Maria who was an absolute joy to work with and quickly and very professionally solved the problem. Thank her for the help!

Process was easy enough to go though, but a $98 processing fee? Somebody is making some serious money off this racket.
The site was easy to understand and navigate, directions were clear and the total process was very timely.
I thought this was going to be a long drawn out process, but it took less than 10 minutes! It had very good directions, so it was easy to follow. I wish I would have known we had to take our photos, then I would have looked nicer! The VISA came within an hour of submitting!
I am finding out that I could have gotten the Visa's through the ETA web site for $20 Not $224. I am hoping this wasn't a scam and the Visa I have is legit.
Taking good pictures was hard for me because both of my hands have tremors, and unfortunately no one was around to take them for me. That’s all. Everything else was A breeze.
I had to submit pictures several times before they were finally approved.
Ridiculously expensive. Took my money before letting me know what information I was required to submit.
The only part I found challenging was downloading the picture of my passport and the picture of myself.
