My 2 documents are showing the same for me. My husbands document is not for him but showning for me. This needs to be fixed.
The cost is not shown right from the start. I thought it was a government website.
It only took minutes to complete the process. I received my Visa less than one hour later
I am truly amazed by the speed at which the ETA was completed.
Service was good, just didn't realize it was a third party that charged me $200.00 for something that I could have done directly with the country for $10.00. Convenient for someone who travels frequently but that's all I can say. My bad for not researching it better.
Ease to use, but it is missing a review before the final confirmation.
I filled in the initial form and that seemed to indicate a successful submission. However, I subsequently received an email that indicated that I needed to fill in additional information . passport photo . photo of myself After actioning these requests, the submission was successful. This two-stage process is confusing I am sure that i did not miss it first time through the form
This is a blatant money grubbing scheme. You guys wouldn’t need it if you hadn’t left the EU.
Unclear how to upload using the QR code Didn’t realize the visa would not be a hard copy. But have to trust that the link to the passports is actually there. Assurance that the link is made in a statement is not reassuring when I can’t actually see a document and carry either me.
The process was user friendly with clear instructions for the process. I like the fact that I could leave it, comeback to complete later and pick-up where I left off.
once i was able to get a usable photo of passport downloaded the entire process was very easy....and got visa almost immediately.
The price was high.Was expecting $100.Its a good idea to get people through lines.
Your website is not user friendly. Instructions are vague. I found it to be a giant pain. If I didn't have to apply for the ETA I would never use you.
Helpful person guided me through the process. Very very expensive for the service. Should be half the amount at most.
Sorry to say that this is not a user friendly experience for me. Until this moment, I cannot get a pdf file of the approval of our visas. I tried everything possible to get the approval, so I may use it when we enter the UK; however, I could not.
It does exactly what it says it’ll do, does it simply, and does it within the time frame promised. What can I say more?

Completing the survey was quick and easy. I was surprised by the cost. It was my understanding that the ETA visa cost 10 bps per person. However, there is an additional processing charge when checking out, which made the total cost for my husband and myself more than $300 Canadian.
You’re just scamers… It take minutes and cost £10 instead of ₪800.
The passport photo verification process was really annoying and the service was pretty expensive. However credit where its due the process was done quickly.
I paid four times the amount that I should have . I found out that the ETA only costs $20 . Not happy.
My confirmation letter has the wrong passport # on it. I hope it’s just a clerical error and nothing that will stop me from getting in to the UK??? Please email me so that it can get fixed before I travel this Sunday
We were charged 10 times what our friends were for their Visas. They paid 12 lbs each and we paid over $100 each. My husbands eta down loaded on my iPhone wallet but we cannot get mine to download and we don't know who or how to contact someone for help.
it was extremely difficult to follow the instructions for seniors 81 and 91 years old...we got help and still had difficulty
Hard to navigate. Had to go back quite a few times and start over.
The online visa application was relatively simple. A little initial confusion over passport vs personal photos. The tutorial videos were helpful. A very quick response and emails to keep you up to date.

The choice for phone messages combined notices with adds, necessitating going back in to stop the on-slot of advertisements! Photo is hard to line up on the phone-- much easier on New Zealand--and lousy quality/not like a selfi. Many of us had to scan (by Photo) multiple time --site rejected " shadows " when there were NONE. Toward the end, page indicates 2 items to be scanned; it's hard to get back for the 2nd/ glitchy.
I am unable to download the visa document. I emailed this situation and received no answer. I spent much time placing the two photos and finally after abhor plus it worked. This was maddening for me. However, I cannot download the document which infuriates me. PLEASE -- GET ME THE NEEDED DOCUMENT!!!
Save and continue gives time to get all the uploads together without starting over each time. The quick response made it even better. Checking each upload to be sure it is acceptable before you move on makes this even easier.
Easy process, w/one exception: I had to try at least 7 million times to upload a photo of my passport. Maybe 8 million, actually. ;)
Information was good although a little frustrating sometimes but overall followed prompts and result was achieved.
Very easy, quick ... honestly, much more pleasant than I was expecting! Really appreciate the tutorial videos on uploading passport and head shot photos. Clear, great tips ... like tape the passport down flat ... who knew? Incredibly fast turnaround. Very smooth all around
Unbelievably time consuming. I may have inadvertently spent far more than I needed as it cost us $222.80 for two people rather than a mere $13.95 for one person!!! My husband and I needed an ETA to enter England for our upcoming 10 day trip. Loading our Passport was pretty good, but trying to get our photos loaded and accepted was incredibly time consuming ---- hours!!! Five rejected photos!!! Your chat help was useless. Your video (regardless of how many times we watched) was useless. I think the only reason we got it through was when I decided to try the QR code on my phone rather than emailing my Iphone photos and then downloading and attaching them. Unbelievable that I tried at least 5 times with submitted photos not to mention the many photos my husband and I took that we decided would be rejected. And, you've got to be kidding with that last question: "Do you seek to engage in ....terrorist activities, espionage, sabotage, genocide, war, war crimes, or crimes against humanity?" Geez, would a terrorist really answer 'yes' to that?? Which, to be totally clear, I'm definitely not a terrorist, but merely a frustrated person who obviously did a lot wrong when completing your online form. Does this mean I actually have a full Visa rather than the ETA because we spent so much more than 2 X 13.95 for it? Hard to believe this online form is from the country that gave us William Shakespeare. Yes, this is based on my genuine experience and regrettably not something I was prompted to write. It's probably all my fault, but shouldn't you make it clearer to distinguish between an ETA and a more expansive VISA if that's indeed what I did? It took me over 2 hours to do it, and wow within 5 minutes of submission we got 'approved'... very perplexing.
It was like finding a good harbor in the middle of a storm. I had been having technical problems filling out the ETA application for 48 hours and thanks to you I solved everything in ten minutes. Money has never seemed better invested to me. Thank you
It was fine until I had to take a photo of myself. That was very frustrating, because photos that I like, where I am smiling, don't fit the criteria. And so I had to send a photo that fit the criteria, but I don't think it represents how I look most of the time. At any rate, the staff kept trying to assist me, which was good.
The whole process is too technologically advanced for older people and those who are less tech savvy.

It was a fast, clear, prompt service with the necessary support for filling out information.
1st time i used it. It received the information and obtain the ETA quickly. Unfortunately the Dominican Republic and airlines did not sync which confused me because each was telling me that request was Pending. 2nd time Ivisa found me because of my email but it did not let me login therefore it did not show all my information which i had to enter again. I'm unable to create an account because it tells me that my email is already being used next time i will hace to do all over again. There must me a wat for me to view my information abd update as necessary instead of starting from scratch
Getting through Stansted was no issue. Getting my old visa upgraded was easy
I receive on average 2 emails a day from ivisa stating that their is a problem with my passport kit. Also I could not get the postage label to be printed at the post office as their system could not scan the QR code
I found out too late that I didn't need to spend $169 on your services to get a UK Visa and I could have done it for $18 on the government website. What a rip off.
I required assistance, and Rita was very helpful. The instructions, when completing the sections, were clear and precise.
Very frustrating trying to upload passport, spent 7 hours on and off . Upload passport photos were ok by original scans , then came back to rescan . I finally got it resolved with Rita on the online chat . Also crazy expensive, didn’t need visa until Oct so there wasn’t a hurry. I got the visa approval last night,less then 10 hours. I feel this was due to Rita ( kudos) . Visa was needed for an Oct cruise from south Hampton ,we are only in England for less than 48 hours, with no plans to revisit. So $222 for 2 people was expensive for us seniors.
IT HAS BEEN A LONG TIME SINCE AN APPLICATION FOR A VISA HAS BEEN THIS EASY. HOPEFULLY IT STAYS THAT WAY.
