It took a few times to site to except photo and passport information. But once it did was a very fast response
We tried two weeks to get help securing a UK ETA on the iOS app. The system kept transmitting bogus fee amounts to the credit card banks and being denied. I found iVisa searching for a way around it. Although there is a fee iVisa got my ETA in fifteen minutes. We plan to apply for subsequent ETAs with them for mainland Europe.

I was frustrated because I could not get the system to accept my picture of my passport. Customer service was very helpful in getting this issue resolved.
The auto system approved passport and photo id and then i had to go into a 3 day email session with someone who didnt like the submissions. If the system is faulty, fix it. Also, correction notice and email response initially went to my junk file until I fixed it at my end. Not everyone checks their junk file. fix it.
The process was quite easy to follow. A decent fee for a two-year multiple entry visa to the UK.

First experience with IVISA. As an older customer it took some time to download passport and photo and not always clear what next step was or what button or underscore to push. But I persevered and got my excessively expensive UK Visa. Will try IVISA when getting visa for Europe and maybe renewing my US passport. Those will be the real tests if IVISA is easy to use and should be recommended.
I didn’t like that when you went back to add some missing items that you basically had to start over and couldn’t just go to where you needed to add missing info. Should be able to pick up where you left off. Especially if you add a picture that isn’t acceptable you can’t just go back to that place. Really a time waster.
CSRs were very courteous and helpful. Also accessible 24/7 Service was prompt and reliable
I've had many problems which started with my phone's tech challenges. While I had approximately 30 texts & emails, ultimately my problem was satisfactoreily settled. However, I requested speaking with a human, which proved to be and this was not addressed. This might have efficiently saved the time-consuming back and forth. Next VISA should be easier!

I took many attempts before the images of passports were accepted. It seems as though there are bugs if you try to upload images. Finally had success by using the QR code, but that still had issues. eg My partner wears glasses in passport photo, no mention in comments on your system. But my passport photo errored numerous times with glasses comment and I dont wear glasses. this is one example of many varied errors that we encountered.
Had to do the process twice and paid twice. Did not get a response for 2-3 weeks the first time. The second time I got the approval immediately
Passport picture process a little complicated because of having 4 months left before renewal. No where to indicate the time frame of your visit.
The process was quick and easy to use. I was surprised at the extraordinary cost of the Visa, well above the standard Government charges. We hope there are no issues with our Visa when we pass through customs.
No option to do 2 or more. I was charged in US dollars for mine, and my husband was charged in CAN dollars. I did both on same device.

We were told to apply online and it would be 11 pounds. We weren’t warned that there would be a 360 pound!!! Fast processing fee for applying on the day of travel. This is exorbitant and unreasonable on the very first day of a new system. We didn’t leave the airport. We only needed to enter the public area to meet our son for 30 min while transiting through Heathrow between Ireland and going home to Australia. Why are Commonwealth citizens being treated like this? Please consider our circumstances and give a refund for the fast processing fee.

It was very easy to follow step by step and to get the ETA in a very short time and efficient way.
The application process was a pain because of the need to upload photos of your passport and a personal photo - without shadows or glare, which is hard to do at night. However, once we were able to take sufficient photos, the application was approved quickly, and iVisa provided constant communication about the status of our application. It took about 30 minutes to receive approval.
