I love the ability to get questions answered by what's app because not everyone's information is straightforward. Thank you SO much for that. I always want to be completely honest about the smallest details and I did encounter a few glitches in the application where I wasn't allowed to enter the precisely correct information and had to choose another grey option which didn't sit right with me, but otherwise I wouldn't have been able to proceed. I couldn't enter that my mom had a UK passport after I put that she was born in Jamaica. Had to put that she had Jamaican passport and resides in UK permanently as that's all it would accept but that's technically not correct and to me problematic. She's a British citizen of ~50 years. At several times the follow up questions would have an error but I knew what it should be asking so I answered what I knew would be correct. For eg. At one point I was asked about when I would be leaving Pakistan when the only countries I am connected to is Jamaica, Bahamas, UK and Canada. I was unable to upload the multiple pages of my bank statements but that was remedied when I got an email request for more info which mentioned I could send it all by email. I have to say that the ability to complete and send in this application online in one night is OUTSTANDING. As a 59 yr old with a Jamaican passport and Canadian husband and kids*, visas for international travel are a HUGE and constant issue in my life. I am currently renewing 3 visas in order to complete potential trips this year and the Bahamas, where I reside, has only a US embassy and not many others. This online simplified option is greatly appreciated! I do regret not having the 10 year UK visa option but that would probably not have been available through this online portal BUT I still wish I could have accessed the information for how to apply for that. It's something I would still like to do if I qualify. When I lived in Jamaica I went to the High Commission for my interviews and visas but I'm just not sure 10 years later how to go about getting those appointments. So much has changed. I recall having difficulty getting the appointment from Nassau 10 years ago when I went for my UK visa which expires this year. With an aging double transplant mom who has done amazing I have to say, and 2 siblings, nieces and nephews in the UK, I am uneasy if I don't have a valid travel document to visit if there's an emergency. Now that our kids are grown, my husband and I are better able to travel, and need to, in order to see our grandbaby kids and parents. I would rate this service 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for those glitches that popped up and I'm sorry I didn't note them all. They were a bit unnerving. So 8 out of 10 *(they have dual citizenship but I never resided in Canada so I have just a Jamaican passport)

Absolutely disgusting service - applied for a visa to travel to India and refused visa without supplying a reading and no process to request for a reconsideration or appeal - cannot approach staff and if to do get a response, you’d get fobbed off!! Agents at the Goswell Road are illiterate and absolutely rude money making monsters.

Awfall experience!!! Was asking for 5 weeks do I need to come to Visa center. Answer was I don't need to come. In 30 days I received invitation to Visa center next day morninig. Because of bad work and ignoring my requests my visit deadline was misssed.
Worst experince as ivisa charged me twice in account of Govt. fee, which is totally unlawful. If i would do all via vfn global i had to pay 1/3rd amount. So i request all to directly go to vfs global page and apply at your own. Ivasa does nothing with your documents, ivisa just uplaod documents and arrange appointment date, for which they charge Rs. 19000/. Totally shameful act
I had an awful experience with this agency. They made several mistakes in my visa application and ignored my comments when I pointed out the errors. Then they came up with a cover letter to the UK embassy suggesting I take the blame for all the mistakes which they made. I do not see myself using their services again as I could have done it better myself.
