It was really easy and specific when I applied for it fr work but I had problems with downloading photos. At the end I used my mobile to finalise everything at hm and it’s was a lot easier to do it on ur phone. Uploading photos fr iPhone is alt easier and quick Thank u

The procedure is relatively simple and short. It would be a good idea to prepare an image in advance on the computer desktop, which would save the hassle of taking the photo and the need to use the phone.

it was not allowing me to continue with the registration yet the fields were all completed. I never did figure out why? Frustrating. I hope it works at the receiving site. I like hte embassy contact.

Service was great. Only had a couple of issues. One was me and having my glasses on when I took my picture so I had to redo it and then when I received my passport it showed both on the web and in the app to sign the document and use the supplied return label and send them back. It would also be helpful to get a list of all needed documents and photos beforehand so the registration can flow smoothly without stopping.
