I started doing the application yesterday,but after i paid they asked me name and address of hotel. Next dialoge box wanted me to put down the hotel telephone number,which to me was unessary since i gave them tge name and address of the hotel. I went to the American embassy in Malta but they were not helpfull at all. Because the gaurd didnt gave me the chance to talk to the clerk behand the desk. I only wanted to ask how to retrieve my application. But thanks to you you sent me an email to continue my application. Thank you alot.

Fast turnaround. Transparent process. Good communication. However, very expensive and I was under the impression that this was an official government site. When I received the visa I noted that going this route was almost four times more expensive.
For an official document I completed it very quickly, which for me is a minor miracle. It was sent, reviewed & approved very promptly indeed. I don't know why I haven't done it sooner.
I didn't know about this company. Suddenly I became afraid to continue this process because I have been told that old person like me is easy to be deceived. Then I called my daughter asking if this company is ok. Then she checked it and called me back and said it is trustable company.

I think my experience was quite good. Unfortunately, I couldn't work out if I had completed my application or not. It wasn't made very clear - that part only. But besides that, all other areas were understandable.
NOTE: This is an update... This is NOT an Australian Visa. It is not a scam, but was misleading for me. This is a registration w/our U.S. Embassy and we still had to struggle through the AU site! So be aware. ====== I started doing this on my computer and was sent in many circles and it would time out and I'd have to start over, etc etc. Once I found this site via the Embassy to do on my phone...it was super easy and not any more expensive as the others.
