I did praise the service this company offers in my initial review and I still agree that the process is clear and straightforward. However, I have now discovered that I could have applied directly through the US Embassy Homeland Security page and saved a massive fee which ivisa charges. It's the same application for $21 instead of the £80 odd ivisa charged me. It's my fault for not looking into this properly before applying. The service is good but the charge isn't. Lesson learned.

I made an application which was simple but next day had to cancel as flight not needed so refund requested. Refund accepted and miney returned within 24 hours, great soeedy service
Completing the application was very easy. You can stop and restart later. Questions were clear to understand and it could be completed on a phone which for me was a bonus.

Holy crap…this service is amazing. My boss isn’t always the sharpest crayon in the box and waited until 3 hours before he had to check into his flight to figure out he needed an esta. I found the site on a google search. Paid for the extreme rush hoping and praying it would go through. It got approved! And it even went through about 35 minutes before the estimated approval time window. This service was amazing. Yes. It is a nice little fee compared to just going through the government website, but the fact that it helps push it through, checks photos and documents to make sure they won’t be rejected, all that is worth it! Excellent site will use again! (Hopefully with more time to spare!)

Relatively easy to complete except for needing a numbered reference for a previous entry which was more than 30 years ago. Then found that there were no visa restrictions then, so a better explanation of timeframes would be helpful.
