The application was very straight forward and easy to understand. The unfinished details were saved so that I could return back at a later time.

I can't offer a complete review as of now because I haven't received my Passport yet but I can review the process up to this point. Your instructions are clear & concise which is important to older, technically challenged individuals like myself. The only thing that was frustrating , and this is not unique to your company, was the photo taking process. No matter how hard I tried my attempt was unsuccessful. I eventually went to Walgreens & had it taken professionally. I'm not sure exactly what you can do to make the process easier but that was the only difficulty that I had. So far, I'm pleased with your service.

A lot of information required and applying online you need to be able to upload passport copy. All went smoothly for me.

why is the cost for the visa US $21, but at the end of my application it was NZ $215.33, which is UN $127?
