The process is self-explained and it is well designed so you can pause the process if needs to collect more requested information without missing the already entered data.
other than filling in personal details such as names, addresses etc , -- NO PROBLEM. However , where computer- generated infos' are required - could be a problem to persons who are elderly who are NOT computer literate.

I didn't experience any issues when applying for my visa. The terminology is clear and easy to understand.
Easy but pricey! Convenient since we were in transit and doing it last minutes. But cost was more than twice the amount that the actual website charges. Since the website for Korea was very slow. I had no choice but to pay the extra.

Well being a New Zealander I have to apply for a visa to enter the US. My wife being an American citizen dosen't have too. This site was quick and easy to make an application so why not use it??

Nothing went wrong as such, It's just that having familiarised myself with the various ways of securing travel authorisation, the supplementary price for fast track seems very high indeed. There is in any event, even with a normal speed application, evidently a fast track once the request is handed over to the US government. Thanks for asking.
The form was easy enough to fill in, however, a list of all required info at the start would have helped.

Reasonably easy to do , but repetitive, I think with passport numbers and addresses it should be shorter
It was a straightforward process though as an older person I struggled a little with uploading documents, etc. However, it had an option to save and continue so if I couldn't complete application at first attempt, I had the option to return to do so. There was also support available if I needed it.
After pressing send. I realised I paid $600 more than just going to the direct website to apply for an ESTA. I didn’t know and then couldn’t get a refund only shortly after pressing send. Unsure why the huge cost difference and can’t believe I didn’t know and show have done more research to know it’s only $21 each person for the application not the $745AUD we were charged for 4 people .

SCAM site, they charge 5 times the actual cost, do not use this site to apply for ESTA Visa into USA. There is no chance of a refund and they have all your private information. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM SITE!!
Overall it's easy to apply but wasn't expecting the price as had been told would be cheaper
The documents never downloaded. The site indicates they have been completed and are ready for download and when I click to see them, it says they're still being reviewed. There has been no update for over a month. This site is a scam. I went to the government site and it was processed and approved in minutes. I would not recommend using this site to anyone. I paid for this process and received nothing!
User friendly. Hard for me to understand how to up load photo. But figured it out.
I found the process was clear and precise, easy to follow, any problems were advised to me very quickly, ie: the quality of the photo, which I could fix and return to you.
It was not clear if the visa was approved or not. Also, was I to download a form?
