I was expecting some complicated format when I was applying for the visitor visa, but it was totally user friendly and easy to complete .

Yes I got the ESTA but was very surprised that it cost $21.00 but I paid up front "Total: AUD $114.48" I didn't understand that this is a third part. I have received the ESTA. It was quick and problem free. It is done. The service is fine, just be aware of the coast.
