Booking on and gentle reminders to complete. Ability save and exit to gather more information. eg changing Passport Page photo to PDF took me two days and a friends help, and came back to application with ease to complete.
It is very user friendly and guides you through each section. Getting the photo's correct are the most difficult part
It was very easy to fill the form out, but was difficulity to upload the passport need to get help from you guys and the lady i spoke with was very helpful and help me do it.

I have used this app before. I notice it is more detailed than before. Easy to use on same questions. I didn’t see a what you will need before you start List. This would be handy. I had to download several pictures and I didn’t have them handy.

I have got up to date Samsung tablet, which I have used before to deal directly with USA but for some reason it doesn't work now. But you managed to get it for me so that worked out in the end.
