The whole process of getting a "renewed" - Passport, through iVisa, was made extremely simple. All the documents needed were sent to me in a package with my picture stapled, and a check for the govt. As a Dominican Republic citizen (with a US and Canada 10 yr. visas) I was having difficulties getting to Antigua and other Caribbean islands due to visa restrictions. Fortunately managed to get one in time to spend Xmas in my sons sailboat. Trust it works!
I wanted to know if a visa would be obtained for me, but get no info back. My trip is in 6 weeks and i need a visa for brazil. No feed back from e visa so far.
Misleading.. by the Visa info, there was a window for APPLY, I pressed there and paid for registration into the US Secretary of state... not cool..its not about the $12.95..its misinformation

The one issue I had was on my mobile app I was directed to enter a 6digit code that was sent to my email. The email did not contain an6 digit code. There was a log into account button. So every time I go to my my app on phoneI have to go through the same exercise. Better to just say there is a link in email that willl direct me to site vs a 6 digit code that is non existent. Otherwise very fast response and easy to apply online.
I forgot to submit my ESTA and through iVisa, I got it approved much faster than my 12-hour Rush Option. Loved it.
It was a very simple form to fill out, they were no awkward or complicated questions asked. From submitting my application to having confirmation of my visa was a matter of hours, would definitely recommend to friends and family
Used to be easy. Had to renew as new passport had a different number. Last one said Payment Received $14.00. My credit card statement shows that on 28.12.21, £10.46 was the cost of the ESTA plus 28 pence, currency exchange rate, total £10.74. This time I was informed that the charge to my credit card would be £42.53! although I have not been able to verify that as yet. The Payment Received said $21.00 when I printed the document. This is an increase of £31.79 in 22 months! Furthermore, I received an email today asking me to complete my application!!! I replied that I had and have already printed it out.
This application was good for me, as I could do it in a few minutes, over the internet, without leaving home.
