My first experience was good. Improvements can be made however in the number of times additional information is requested. The form should be simplified so that from the onset ALL possible information needed will be highlighted.

Hard to navigate but I am not computer smart. Once I got there it was great.

Don't waste your money with them! This is the worst service, dealing with dozen random people, repeating, emails, spam. I traveled to over 40 countries and always applied it myself and got it in few days. This time I made an exception hoping they'll save me time, be efficient. My experience with US - that too an active, existing, visa renewal that's still valid for few months. I applied to renew it so its easier later travel in the year. a.) I requested for a city as I live & work here but was given a different city entirely. b.) my wife & kid applied themselves – it took them 10 minutes and they got earlier appointment and also saved $150-200 of their money. c.) Despite doing all this, I’m asked to submit more documents again all over. d.) whole service is outsourced as i see random emails, survey forms, spam, offers, new people each time. e.) An appointment that's 14 months away when my scheduled trip is this year. If they can't deliver or get the date range requested for whatsoever reason (as its Consulate backlog related), simply be honest and refund. A whole month wasted & money with ivisa. Most consulates you can apply for yourself or your travel agent can guide you - it may take a little effort but you'll save money & time and manage the process yourself.

I registered with your company in February 1,2023. I sent the extra 72.00 so I would receive my Kits faster. It is now February 9 and I still have not received anything. I guess I will not be able to go on my trip which was set for late March.
The program worked very poorly and did not recognize many important details (age of applicants, origin of applicants). The corresponding feedback from the employees requested on never came. At the end - horrible trouble and a lot of money.
Their patience and super profesional response. 10/10 will use iVisa to apply in the future again
The process was easy, quick and self explanatory. I received a reply in less than 2 hours. I really did not expect it to be so simple, especially since there is a lot of rumours of how difficult it is to apply for Visas to the US.
It was a great experience because it was easy to fill out the form and also got the reply back very fast
It all went very well, I just got a bit confused at how to download my passport photo. But I worked it out in the end. I liked the idea that you can save each function so you don't have to start all over again after a mistake , another one I liked is that once I downloaded the photo and had to get back to continue it was all saved as well and I could carry on. The business concept is very good. For US Passport renewal, you provide a very convenient service: No need to go to any government places. No need to go take a physical passport photo. No need to fill out any application information by hand. Suggest improvement: On your renewal page, please clearly point out there are 2 steps. Step 1 self portrait. Step 2 take a picture of your old passport.
I had trouble downloading both of my visa but the agents that I contacted via your chat facility were both excellent and very helpful and responded immediately to help me. Otherwise visa application process is great

iVisa sent the application packet to me on time and made the corrections I requested, but the communication with your staff is slow, confusing, & sporadic. I have no idea if my application was delivered to the correct location, even though I mailed it well over 1 week ago and iVisa has the tracking number. iVisa included a sheet with a QR code, but it only takes me to their website that doesn't provide any new information....What good is that?
We were able to get visas to the US in less than 5 hours prior to our flight was a quick easy process and ivisa keeps you up all the way with progress emails.

I had a difficult time uploading the passport. They kept rejecting the picture. I feel if the passport is clear enough to read and you can see the entire passport and signature it should be accepted, even if it was taken with a cell phone.

-Very slow to react to my questions on the chat. - I was uncertain the whole time if anyone actually was helping me and often my questions were not properly answered - when I was directed from the email to complete the errors in my application , ie add passport number . It said something like " number not found" what does that mean !!!!! I had to go back to the long waiting chat to solve it . It took hours to tell me that the password couldn't be used ( Isle of Man ) . This should have been done instantly on the page . - price was fair - speed of delivery once all sorted out was excellent . Took around two hours to process . - in summary , make the filling out is the application easier , if something is not right , then say it immediately by not letting you go any further on that section . Make a clear separate page labelled " photos of ID docs "to attach . I don't know if I did or I didn't need to send them - say upfront that you DON't NEED to state details of your flights
I applied for USA VISA with my wife in one application. She got the visa. I didn’t get it!!!!!! We have the same passports issued in the same country, same date, same address, same country of birth. I am 70 she is 64. Can you explain why this very strange rejection to me ???? Now we paid the fees for nothing. As We can’t travel because we must travel together to help each other. Please explain what happened and the reason of rejecting my visa.
