It's been 2 weeks but I haven't received the printed passport picture I purchased.
The delivery service was bad for the following reasons: - not tracable delivery of the photos - delay of delivery 6 and we have not received them - suggested solution to print the photos at CVS for not additional cost, but I had to pay at CVS extra - poor quality at CVS 50+% of the photos were terribly printed - wait time for resolving the problem online 30+ minutes The only star you get is for the friendly of the team members providing their support
Staff has been very helpful in assisting me if the necessary paperwork. Also they are not robots. Communicating with real people.

Excellent and fast service. We chose to take each other’s pictures rather than use the selfie option on the app. We recommend everyone choose to have someone take your picture than download your picture to the app. This was my only problem with this service. Just couldn’t get the picture right using the template on the app.
I have not received passport photos (it has been over a week) and when inquired with the customer service email, the email would not deliver. Is this a real business?

Was good until the very end when I was unable to proceed with payment. After attempting several times, I had to select the Rush Option to proceed to payment when I only needed Standard, so none too happy about that.

I was unable to print the photo at Walgreens. The photos sent were attached and did not come in the correct format. This defeated the purpose of my purchase and I ended up having to purchase a different service. I was told by a customer service rep I could pay more to have the photos mailed but that’s not the service I initially paid for.The process of capture and selection was very simple.
I ordered four passport photos. Two were good but two were unusable because of black marks in the eyes.

I was a bit hesitant to use this electronic passport renewal, but it was quick, easy to understand, and so much faster than before. In about a week, I received everything I need to send my renewal application. Great idea with great execution.
The pictures didn't work in the passport photo online check. The government rejected them. There were no instructions for using the photos so perhaps this system does work but I won't ever know. I had to go to a physical passport photo shop to get them done and of course, had to pay AGAIN.

Unfortunately I didn’t realise I was being charged a huge admin fee over and above the price of the Face value cost of an Esta. As a result this has cost me more than I needed to pay. Don’t use this site for your Esta, it should only cost you $14-$21 per person applying.
Great price with fast print. The only negative point It was the Walgreens associate denied to cut the pictures for the passport size.

The quality of the pictures IVisa produced was great: customer service / follow up needs to be improved: it took four requests for me to get the pictures I (properly) ordered: two passport style pictures of each of two people. The initial delivery to me included four pictures of one person, and the "service response" to my initial three requests to get the pictures that I had ordered of the second person was simply to reiterate that the order was already complete...
Got the passport pictures for the family through I visa and it was great price and shipped fast. The only thing that I would like to see different is having the website differentiate between me and my family members instead of having them all under my name but beside that everything was great.
I couldn't have been happier with how my pictures turned out. And shipping was speedy, they arrived right on schedule.
I did not like how the background of the photo was edited to white. My background was already white and making the white fake made the photo look strange.

I've been waiting for my passport for a long time. Got it sent away and it just hasn't shown up. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt because they might be busy but its been almost a month. Hope this helps.

The online service is great for passport photos. I have used the delivery option previously, it was great. This time around however I got iVisa to print at my local walgreens because i needed it quicker - the passport photos were so blown out with color, the background turned out looking solid white and looked fake. I guess iVisa can't control that, but it's super disappointing. I had to reprint again at additional cost.
Easy and fast to use. Spreading the word that this is the way to go.

Great to have our photos delivered so quickly. I'd rate the service and quality as 5, except one set of photos was shy of the required dimensions. (Hoping that they don't send it back.)
Photo processing was too washed out and I had to have The pharmacy photo fill start from scratch. Asked for refund but no response. Update: They refunded the fee so that’s a bump up from 1 to 2.
Although the service and app was very convenient and without fault in the printing and pick up process, when we took the photograph to the passport office they said it was unacceptable for a number of reasons and had to be retaken.
This service is very easy to use and very efficient. It took me a few tries before I could get a useable picture for the passport, but the online experience was was very easy to navigate. Definitely worth the small cost and saved me a great deal of time. Now, let's see if the State Department can be even 1/10th as efficient! Thanks for providing this service.
