I already sent my photo to my visa application and I needed the same photo to bring at the interview. My photo was pre-approved. iVisa, changed my photo and the background without having the option to not have processing included. What a waste of money and unclear practices.

Photos never arrived. Very disappointing. Update - I spoke with them as the photos still have never arrived. They issued a refund that is half of what I paid. I would not use this company.

Bad website, poor information and overloaded with unneccessary information, and most importantly unreasonably expensive, with no added value, I would never travel to US if not workrelated! Consider omit the whole ESTA!!
Impossible to get ahold of their customer service team. They mishandled the address used for the passport renewal, and needed to resend me the DS-82 form. That took 2 days. They also did not include the expedited shipping label or envelope in my kit. I was told to purchase this myself and they will reimburse. I am now waiting for them to tell me where I need to mail my completed kit. I asked for this information 24 hours ago and have followed up 3x. This process has been delayed 5 business days due to errors made my iVisa and lack of responsiveness. I will never use this service again and recommend people use other companies if they’re trying to renew their passport in a short period of time.

The application form wouldn’t even allow me to say which type of visa I would like to apply for. I found out after purchasing that they enrolled me with a tourism visa which isn’t what I wanted at all.

I paid rush hours fees £62 but I received after more than 12 hours and on vise usa mentioned only cost $14 really really disappointed and I want refund u can cut what ever u same day fees this not right what ever u charged me
I have yet to receive my photo and he’s been over a week and a half. They need to communicate better with the retail stores who print the pictures. I went to Walgreens to pick up the picture and they said their photo center had been down for weeks. The machines were not working and they didn’t have any paper. Better communication between the two companies will be helpful for the customer.
followed all instructions and send in and still got letters from State dept and had to send them Info and and wait another 3 weeks and hope I get the passport, waste of time and money,

My photos that I paid extra for the “guarantee” that they would be accepted, we’re in fact rejected due to the background editing that you did. You did not follow through on your “guarantee”. I need a refund.
When I went to pick up the order at the store they did not have my order and had no idea what I was talking about. This made me miss my appointment because the photo was never sent to the store to be printed.
Very easy process! I used an existing picture and iVisa created great passport pictures. I am using them for official use but not passport. I cannot comment if they would be accepted for passport as the background color was changed from my initial red wall to white. But they look professional!

The photo was returned with a heavily filtered look which rendered it ineligible for Passport. Seems to have undergone a file compression as well. Faces flushed to the point of blurriness.
I had numerous problems with the photograph for my passport. Which has now made my receipt of my passport very late. I believe that the last several that I sent were acceptable. But, you kept denying them until you finally accepted one. Lol but thanks
