Fast, clear process, and great results. The whole process took less than a week from the moment I upload the picture until I received them in the mail. Will definitely use it again.
The ordering and manual review process was relatively easy to do, and I got helpful photo correction advice (assuming my photo will be accepted with my application, which I mailed last week). The actual printed photos were quite a bit more pink than the originals I submitted, so the physical prints were actually quite different from the carefully-selected originals. Perhaps you do not control the quality of printing, but I was disappointed in the finished, physical prints. It was not worth the time and effort to try to correct this, but it is the reason why I am rating this at 3 stars rather than 4 or 5.
Ordered 2 sets of prints. Only 1 set was delivered. Prints that were delivered came out looking filtered/digitally altered. Unusable. Waste of money.

This process is so easy and so worth the price. The staff at ivisa made sure my picture would be perfect for my passport renewal.. I had to do a retake but that kept me from waiting to hear it from the govt which would have taken weeks. Great service.

Very impressed. We ignored the requirement of not wearing glasses and within a minute of sending our materials in an email came back saying they needed new pictures and making it very easy to do by uploading new ones, sans glasses. Finished passport photos arrived two days later.
I used this service for ease and accuracy. However I found it was a waste of time and money. I went an extra 35 USD for rushed service as I needed to buy a flight. I got the document in 7 days. What I found fraudulent was they mentioned the document wasn't ready and blamed the government. I went onto the EVUS website myself, which is easy (do it yourself!), and found the document was authorized in 1 day! So why not pass it along to me, your paying customer for another 6 days? No reason. Stress inducing and anxiety filled journey with them. It also says they'll email the attestation which they still have NOT. Delta App already provided this. I should have a full refund as I feel even the basic service was not done to completion.
I inquired if I would receive the necessary QR code required to enter Hawaii, and was told yes. When we got to the gate, the codes were not accepted. I feel like I was conned by you. The airline employee, helped us, luckily, and we got on the flight, no thanks to your company. I’m out roughly $54.00. Claudia Weist
it might have been my problem, but it was impossible to input the birthdate without clicking the toggle 100 times to get back to 1942.
Was super easy and quick! I submitted my application shortly after the ask for a scan of my passport the instantly responded and my application got approved shortly after.
Had a few issues getting the payment though with my UK Santander account which was kind of weird but the service was quick and simple, got my ESTA back in two hours, after 21:00 on a Sunday
I thought that I would be getting passport side photos in the mail. But I got them in a pdf file and printed them out. They came out way to large for what I need.
THEY DIDNT SEND THE PHOTOS PRINT READY. WHEN UPLOADED THEY ARE 4 INCHES EACH NOT 2X2
I paid for expedited service for passport renewal. My kit is 3 weeks late and I haven’t hear back from customer service.
The quality of the photo was almost perfect, hopefully it's good enough for the passport.
They were thorough and keep me posted. I made a few errors but they caught them and Todd me what I needed to do to correct my renewal application. My kit was mailed promptly as promised and the price was right for their services.
Works great, fair price, easy and convenient. Wished they had an option to order 6 or 8 pictures but otherwise no others suggestion. Great service if you have a few days and don’t want to give all your money to your local pharmacy.

I sent two pics of my infant for passport printing. IVisa did edit the background of one from off white to white, however they left the sizing exactly as I sent it rather than zooming out slightly so that the pics would have the face fill the correct dimensions. At my passport appointment the official told me the head was too large (filled to much of the frame) this would have been an easy fix for IVisa. Unfortunately I had to pay for new photos and printing at the session and wake up my infant to get her to pose which is what I had been trying to avoid.
Service was very good, except for the fact that they forgot to put postage on the packet they sent for me to finalize, which held my getting my completed package up about week,

It has been 9 days since iVisa received my expedited passport renewal application. They received it on day one and mailed it back to me without tracking info. I still haven't received my passport application package and cannot talk to a real person about this issue. For the life of me I cannot understand why an expedited passport application kit would come to me and not be trackable. I want my money back and will handle the application myself.
There should be a step to review the application and pictures you submitted before clicking submit. Additionally, after I submitted my application I could not go back in to see what was submitted. I ended up receiving two different pictures of me instead of one I thought I submitted for my son and one for me. I was charged for two applicants when both pictures were of me. I would not recommend this service/website to anyone.
A convenient way to get photos without dealing with going out to CVS or Walmart, etc. either dealing with waiting in line or with bad customer service. Thank you for the service you provide.
I have used iVisa three times--a visa to India and two passport renewals--and they have never let me down. I definitely recommend iVisa for both types of service.
I no longer drive and am past my prime, so traditional passport renewal photo methods wouldn't work easily for me. For a small fee, ivisa was able to provide quality, properly cropped photos from a tripod selfie. 5 stars, Highly recommended

After two "broken cameras" at Walgreens and a "I'm the only one in the store" at CVS, we found iVisa.com after leaving the CVS and searching the web on our phone in the parking lot. Took some photos at home, uploaded them to iVisa.com, they cleaned up the background and in a couple of days we received our photos. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

It was very easy to arrange for my ESTA on this site and I received it within 24 hours. I just found it a bit difficult to view it on their website and had to ask for an emailed version, which they organised very quickly for me and it’s valid for two years which is even better. Thanks.
Your system and easy to use and very effective. I wish I had found it before I purchased the documents program for my new passport I used a different company for the documents and there was no way to upload the pictures I had taken onto the other document so I had to do it the old-fashioned way and paste it take it in and get it done. When I get my next passport I won’t be using this system once again but did you the whole thing. Thank you very much and it was five stars all the way.
The first time I uploaded my passport photo, the iVisa team immediately emailed me back and alerted me to shadows in the image. They followed up via email after that too and once I took a new photo, they let me know it would work. Great service! Would recommend.
Fast simple. I picked the pictures up in Walgreens same day. Perfectly sized. Could I do it myself? No. The proportions are very specific.
My photos would not print out in the correct size. I sent about 20 photos before they deemed one good enough. Save the hassle and just get your passport photos at Walgreens!
My order likely got lost in the mail but i was able to get in touch with a representative very quickly who was able to replace my order. Great customer support. And my photos came out amazing. The quality is very high.
Would Not Accept I went to process my passport and they would not accept these pictures. I had to go around the corner to Walgreen's in the snow and get them done really quickly again so I could get my paperwork done. I have requested a refund and as of a week later I still have not received it. I should have known it was too good to be true.
When we went to pick up our pictures at our local drugstore, we were told Ivisa would not allow them to print them, even though the pictures had been approved. So we ended up paying again at the local drug store to have our pictures taken and processed again. I tried responding to an email that was sent and received a notification that the email address was invalid, even though I hit reply.
I feel I got screwed by iVisa. I used them previously to good advantage and was happy. When I tried to get help with a Columbia check mig form (that is exactly what I requested on their website) I ended up applying and receiving an "Attestation" form that I did not need. Cost me $45, and got no sympathy when I requested a refund. Their website needs tweaking; it is not user friendly.

The picture was not accepted as it was overly pixalated. There was also an obvious and very clumsy edit where someone had tried to remove a shadow. This wasted me a lot of time with a visa application
