I used their passport photo from home service with expert help (at an extra cost) and printed at CVS. I was emailed a confirmation that the photos met the requirements of a US passport but when I collected the photos from the CVS but the proportions of the photo were clearly incorrect (my head size, from chin to top of head, were longer than 1 3/8 inches). I then paid CVS to have my photo done and printed, which met the requirements. I emailed iVisa asking for a refund because they had not provided me with the service promised, especially after I paid extra for an "expert" to confirm my photo was correct, I was told that once the order is processed a refund cannot be issued. So even though I paid for iVisa's service and did not receive the service I paid for and the fact that I then paid for the same service from CVS to correct iVisa's mistake, I have not been given a refund.
If iVisa could give options of 6-10 pictures, that would be better.

I was very pleased with both the passport photos and the service. After sending Ivisa the selfie photo I took, Marc informed me that it was not high resolution enough for passports. I discovered with a little research that a selfie is generally too low resolution for a passport. I found an app called Selfie X which allowed me to take a higher resolution photo. I sent this photo to Ivisa and it worked. They even sent the digital photo to my local CVS and I picked it up the next day. Easy peasy! Thank you Ivisa.
I was supposed to get a health pass to enter Guatemala, they charge me 12.50 to get it. They register me with the US embassy which i never asked and they never gave me a health pass. They marked my process as completed. This is a fraud so I wont ever process anything with them again.
Easy to use and convenient. I applied for a second form because I made a mistake on the first one. Once my second form was process automatically my first form was cancel and refund was sent.
The photo I needed for my FOID Card, was perfect. It was the perfect 2x2 size and it was very clear. I'll definitely use this service again.
I decided to use this service because i needed my passport photos in a timely manner. In the page it said they should arrive within 3-5 business days. I placed my order about mid month and still havenāt received them. I tried contacting someone to receive help and all i was getting was a link to see my order status (witch was set as finished) and even after specifying what my concern was, i still wasnāt getting any (useful) help on what could we do to fix the situation i was in. I think receiving help from a service youāre seeking should not be this hard and confusing. I tried to wait it off but Itās been 12 business days and i still donāt have my photosā¦ at this point i feel like Iāve been scammed; which itās upsetting because this seemed like a ātrustworthyā site.

My order was placed with a 4 hour turnaround window for me to receive it at the closest pharmacy that prints. It took more than 24 hours to receive my order after I wrote several times to ask about the status. I also paid for the printing service which was supposed to be included in my fee. For these reasons I would not recommend iVisa.
Easy and convenient. They made my background more white (compliant) (even without the extra option to pay someone to review your image). Iāll use this service again if I ever need a passport pic.
I am not near a walmart,walgreens,Walmart,, center, and had to print at home. It took several failed attempts and 4 different people to finally get the photos printed in the right size.

They offered a visa waiver into the USA, I get an attestation form which is available online for free, and doesn't do anything for entry.
iVisa was an incredibly helpful and convenient service. The web interface was intuitive and I was able to pick up my touched-up & cropped passport photos from a local store. I know they offer similar services for visa preparation, and I will very likely use them in the future if needed.
I ordered my photos on Saturday for an appointment on Thursday. They confirmed they shipped on Saturday and would arrive in 2-4 business days. Itās been 7 business days and they never arrived. I had to pay again for photos not to mention the anxiety of waiting for them before my appointment. I contacted customer service and they would not issue me a refund. Awful experience.
I think it was nice to register I just would try to make the payment easier for foreigners because not everybody has a credit card
Only problem I had is that it would not accept my Mastercard as payment, said my information was incorrect

Easy to use and I like that I can pick it up locally. It's surprisingly difficult to find an App that lets you do this so seamlessly.

5 Stars due to the following: 21 Nov I completed the online form: 22 Nov I received confirmation of payment and was told the Kit was sent to me. 26 Nov I received the Kit. 27 Nov I signed where I was told and brought it to the U.S. Post Office. 29 Nov I was asked to rate the process. I waited to see the final result. 10 Dec My new passport arrived - In 20 days total start to finish. I paid extra but it was worth it. Based on this 5 stars is appropriate. One suggestion - I bumped into this process by surfing the internet. So, I filled out the info, including a picture of what I looked like at the time. It wasn't horrible but I would have dressed a bit better. If you start this process, be ready to go (including what you are wearing) because it goes very fast!

I was surprised how quickly I received my ESTA approval. Within 24 hours!! Even with information missing on my application, I submitted information iVisa requested, and my approval came with a couple of hours. Great Service!!

Shading, background color, head sizing were harder to capture for passport photos than expected. We were happy to have made the decision to have them digitally reviewed and enhanced. It was worth the low cost and the photos were ready in a few hours.
