They sent our photos for passport not centered and badly shopped. It is more expensive than other photo websites.

2nd copy of photo had slight smudge caused from envelope used to hold the picture. The discrepancy can be viewed under the light at an angle. The envelope used to ship picture is inadequate.
Passport photo was to be used for international driver license permit. Photo sent to cvs that didn’t have a printer working. Tried to get it sent to other cvs but didn’t work. Eventually couldn’t get the passport photo in time before leaving out of country. Ended up with nothing and didn’t even get a full refund. Just wasted money and time.
I could have just gone to CVS pharmacy, spent 15 minutes, let them take the photo, ensure that I was in proper position and lighting, paid my $14 and been done. but instead I paid iVisa that same amount, took three days of back and forth emails, retaking and resending photos, then they finally said it was ok, sent the order to CVS to be printed, and CHARGED ME AGAIN the 0.42 cent printing fee for one photo. What a rip off and a time waster. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME ON THIS, Just go to Walgreens or CVS and have it done while you wait, Much faster

All is good. Had to contact the person we are meeting in Tucson to get her email address. Apart from this all pages completed and paid for the visas for son and i.
So far, so good. I filled out the online questionnaire. Took a selfie with my smartphone following the instructions that they gave regarding lighting and ears and no smile etc. Paid the passport fee as well as iVisa's fee electronically. iVisa sent me paperwork to sign, instructions, a check for the passport processing center and an envelope to send in to the passport processing center with my existing passport. Very smooth. Easy. Even though this service has a fee, I saved money by not having to get my passport photo done elsewhere. I didn't have to leave home to start the process. Only to mail the envelope to the passport processing center. All of this can be done on one's own without the help of iVisa, but I feel more comfortable knowing they are ensuring all is right with my application since I am running short on time before my trip (3.5 months).
The photo that I got wasn’t accepted at the passport office They never refunded the money and the reason they gave me for not refunding my money was that their team worked very hard Avoid this company

Cheating the customers by using the CVS, Walgreens etc sources. They charge 100 times more the customers. The pay 16 cents for the phone while they charge $16 for two photos that are not even cut properly for passport. I wanted a 2x2 passport photo the give me 4x6 photo. That’s what you call a rip-off. Honesty is the best policy by for the Tricky is the best policy. Shame on them.
I asked a question and the response was basically, “here’s the link.” I also asked if it was possible to renew my passport three years early and didn’t receive a response. I am blocking you.
Excellent service. We are American citizens living in Europe and we needed passport photos for our newborn son. Took photos on an iPhone and uploaded them. They arrived in 3 or 4 days. Horrible service! How can it be that ordering two passport photos takes over a month to deliver? It's been over a month since they informed me the pictures were on their way (which would take 2-3 weeks), it has now been over a month and they still haven't arrived! 2-3 weeks in this day and age?? Are they too cheap to send it via regular mail? i.e. air mail? This is completely unacceptable and I strongly advise anyone considering using IVisa's service to consider finding someone more reliable. I now have to spend more money to have someone else do the service I paid them to do. Thanks for NOTHING, IVisa. com!

It's too good to be true. Did not get my photo within the 4-hour window as advertised. Nobody give any updates if the photo was printed or not once it was sent to the local store. I had to call my store to check in and no photo was printed. It's good that I got my refund.
The App wasn't friendly to use, the translation to spanish wasnt avilable full time and when It was wasn't clearly.

I never received my photos in the mail. I did receive my digital copy but requested both. This delayed my ability to submit my passport application

I was able to upload pictures and receive my passport photos at CVS near me within 4-6hrs. Picture quality is excellent. Customer service is very quick to reply back via email. If there are issues with pictures they tell you exactly how to fix it. (Is shoulder exposure, no head tilt)
Ordering was simple, and I received my passport photos at my local Walgreens in a couple of hours. Price was very fair. I highly recommend if you wish to use your own photo for your passport.

I'm having an issue as my wife application was approved and mine was denied, when i checked to see why I'm being told that everything i submitted is correct and that it was a mistake on their end, but i have to pay an additional $30.00 to re-submit my application. This is very stressful as my trip is on the 19th and if iVisa re-submitted the same information.

I made an error on my application, and printed it, before I found the error. I’ve sent a message asking how do I correct it, without repaying the fees.

I paid $18 to iVisa for two photos that I never got. I visited the CVS store many times but there was no order under my name. Because of iVisa I submitted my application one week late. I will never use iVisa again.
Easy, convenient, low cost. I have always done my own passport photos but just way too busy this time. This app was easy to use o use and fast turnaround. Two photos needed retaken but within a few days all three passport photos were returned and compliant.
