I had the photo developed at CVS for pickup and it was horrible quality. I had to get it retaken somewhere else.
the photo was not approved for use for a passport i had to get a different one

I was never sent the picture that I paid for. I had difficulty creating an account. It turned out that I did not need the picture, but I was disappointed.

The pictures that were printed by iVisa where not the correct size that the foreign government required. I had to reprint and pay for another set through Walgreens. I am not happy with this application

Easy to use and super quick! My photos were accepted for a passport no problem. I got the extra service they have available where a human looks over the photo to make sure it’s ok. My first photo was rejected so I’m glad I did!
Passport photos were perfect and accepted. I requested they be reviewed by the expert team to be sure all was in order. Very fast response. Quick local printing.
Cropping the background digitally is not acceptable for a DV Visa Lottery. So it might not be acceptable for passports either......
1. I didn't ask to inhanse the clarity of the picture. Not very satisfied with how the picture looks. But I have to give you credit that the quality of the picture is very high. 2. You promised 2-4 delivery. I have paid about $80. But you saved on mailing and paid just $0.53. As a result, pictures came in 7 days and were too late. I have wasted money.

They charged me for two orders which I placed on the same day and only sent me one. I’ve tried several times to explain to customer service but to no avail. I will dispute the second charge.
Well goven that my husband and I are visitors in Costa Rica and we were withoit transportation when our immigration attorney told us the needed passport photos of us asap, i began searching for an app. I found iVisa and uploaded photos with their app and within a couple of hours we sent perfect passport photos and we never had to leave the house. Service was absolutely perfect.
It was easy. I was surprised though, that there were no questions about Covid and whether or not we had been vaccinated or are getting a Covid test before we leave.

Initially sent wrong size photo (ordered european visa size, they sent U S passport size) even after paying extra for review/edit of photo to ensure compliance. They sent same size photo cut to Schengen visa 35mm x 45mm size making it NOT compliant. A total waste of time and money!

The process was so simple. I sent my picture following the instructions. I took it with a pale green background. Ivisa whitened it up so it would pass federal guideline. Received my picture in just two or three days. Really quick and painless. I would use them again.

I paid for the service and received an email saying I would receive my passport photos in 2-4 business days. I never received them and had to use another service to get my pictures in order to get my passport in time. They told me I wouldn’t receive a tracking number for my passport photo order, which I found a little suspicious. It is possible that the pictures were lost by USPS, but I have never had issues with that in the past.
Customer service was great! There was a glitch in the mail, but it was remedied quickly.

The first photo I submitted did not meet passport guidelines. iVisa informed me almost immediately and asked that I submit another photo. The second photo was acceptable and was immediately processed. Well done!
The tutorial and additional information on the website made it simple to take a picture. I didn't need to worry about making an appointment or feeling uncomfortable taking off my mask due to COVID concerns. Maybe it's a little pricey but well worth it to have peace of mind knowing that I'm sending in an approved picture for my passport renewal.

After my first photos I’ve got the respond with the instructions how to take and to send new pictures, that’s all fine. After I did it, and I’ve sent the new photos, I’ve got two more emails about sending new pictures, same instructions, no further explanation. By the way this took almost two weeks. When I’ve sent the first email about what is not correct on the pictures taken and how to fix them, no answer came. When I’ve sent my second email, where I was asking for a refund, surprisingly I’ve got an answer in 10 minutes and my edited picture was attached to the email. I’m not saying it is a bad service, because it’s not, but could be better customer service. Thank you anyways.
The service is good but customer service is lacking. After taking my picture the size they sent me was incorrect. They said it was because I asked for the size for Jamaica. They were unwilling to correct the size after I offered to repay for it. So I ordered again and I asked for the size for United States which is 2 x 2. The size came back 4 x 4. Again not usable. I contacted customer to asked them how to correct this issue. This time no response at all.
iVisa made this process so easy. After I finished the easy upload, I told my husband this company is brilliant. Everything about it was quick and very easy. Amazingly prompt. I am truly impressed!

Irish Dept of Foreign Affairs didn't accept the edited photo due to I believe photo having been taken too close to the camera. I'll edit this review if customer service refunds my money for the digital one I couldn't use (I know it's tricky with each country being slightly different) but I have yet to receive a reply to my inquiry. Probably what might have avoided this review was if they had quickly submitted the image to the online IDFA site, saw that it wasn't acceptable and asked me for a resubmission before charging me. It turned out that I was able to take an acceptable one by myself for free.

I purchased a passport style photo from this site, but then it would not print in correct form from my iPhone, Apple Laptop or HP Office Computer. When I asked for assistance I received a perfunctory email stating the problem must be on my end and with my equipment. It would have been nice though to have had “live” or “chat” assistance… Or, anything at all resembling quality customer service.
In very impressed by how fast the process was; my order was placed at 7:20pm and was completed by 10:42pm that same night. The photo itself was exactly what I asked for and I appreciated the touch-ups that they did to fix the flyaway hairs that I can never get rid of haha. Overall very satisfied with the service I received.

I had to retake the picture a few times, my error completely, however, the staff were patient and kind with their explanation emails regarding what I had done wrong.

Picture quality is excellent. Shipping is a bit slow so plan on that, site states 2-4 days and ours arrived in 6 so deducted a star.
