Very impressed by how easy it was to navigate and follow instructions on the site. I was able to submit my order in very few steps and I like the option to have a human review/edit the picture to ensure compliance for the type of picture chosen. I am also very impressed with the quick processing time, my order has shipped the same day as I placed it! The pricing is perfect and I will definitely recommend it to my friends.
It took over 4 Hours(5.5 hours) go get confirmation to pick up the photos and now I have to wait for confirmation from the pharmacy itself. It has been 7 hours now, and still no confirmation.

After many attempts, you guys used a photo where you cut off all my hair on the left side. Not a great look.
I was notified my photos were ready and drove 30 minutes to pick them up. Upon arriving, the CVS location said their photo center was down and there were no photos. I contacted iVisa customer service and did not get immediate response. The next morning, I had notification that the photos had been sent to a different CVS location as I requested when I contacted customer service. I picked up the photos and all was well. If I had been in a time crunch and needed the photos to be ready at the promised time, I would have had a major stress. Perhaps iVisa can communicate with CVS locations to confirm that location can currently receive orders before they are made in order to prevent inconveniences like mine. Ultimately, the situation was resolved the next day and the photos were cheaper than having passport photos taken and printed at CVS photo. I also still had to pay for the printing at CVS, which the website did not inform me of beforehand. It makes you believe that the cost you pay on iVisa is the total cost, but you still have to pay for the printing at CVS which was less than $3 in my case.
The process was quick and easy. We got our government approved digital images in less than one hour.
I paid $7ish dollars to send a 39 cent print to Walgreens. I thought it would print as a 2x2 which is why I paid extra.
Very useful and far better than other online services like walmart or cvs.
Still have not received by photos that I ordered two weeks ago and now I have to find other means of printing my photos myself

The guidelines for USCIS explain that we shouldn’t photoshop the pictures or alterate our image and I honestly thought it was gonna be just the background to make it white and around our head to fit the correct size but they even blurred part of my t-shirt and smooth a bunch on details if this one would not be an official picture I wouldn’t care but as the advertisement says they follow strictly the rulea I expected something slightly better.
Rejected my picture that was edited using the tool on The State Dept website. After sending additional pictures I still haven’t received anything .
I read on the USA state department website to wear prescription glasses. Was told to remove glasses. Not sure how this will go once I submit with my passport renewal process. In fact my old passport was wearing glasses! We will see the results until then only an average rating

This company is on the ball. I sent my first photo which did not meet requirements and within minutes rec'd a response telling me what I needed to do. I took additional photos and sent them to iVisa and withing an hour got notification they were sending out the photos.

I requested a review of my picture for compliance - didn't hear anything about it. I received an e-mail from a company I didn't know - Printicular. I ordered the pictures at 5:49pm on 5/6/2021 and received a notification that the prints are ready at 3:21pm on 5/7/2021 - almost 22hrs later - you promised 4hrs. Walgreens charged me extra $0.40 - why? Didn't I pay already $14.40? The prints were not cut 2x2 as for passport but there were 2 prints on a single sheet 6x4. Really poor experience. I will never use your services anymore and will not recommend them anyone either.

iVisa tweaked a photo a friend took for me. It's perfect and in the mail as I write this. I only sent it to them yesterday. The other perk is they send you a jpeg of your photo. Perfect service. I would have used them to send my passport in, but I wanted to expedite it and couldn't find on the website if that was offered and/or how I needed to send my old passport in. (if you need to) I've lived out of the country for 21 years so this is a new process for me in the states.
iVisa.com was the perfect solution to obtaining our passport photos. We were able to take our photos at home on our phones and send them to iVisa for processing. We did opt for the expert review option and it paid off, as they helped us correct problems with the photos that made them non-compliant. Looking forward to finishing our passport renewal process.
