I ordered a passport photo for the United States. I received a photo approximately 4X6. I could have printed one of those myself. I needed a 2x2.
Pictures were perfect and came in 2 days. Totally worth doing this online and price is comparable to going to a store to get these taken.
I used the option with a real person checking the photo and feel it was worth the additional minor fee. My first photo had a number of problems even though I had read the instructions. I appreciated the extra personal help getting my photo correct for the passport. Thank you.

A great service for getting your passport photos made from a digital photo you took at home. This is especially helpful for making sure your photo complies with the State Dept's guidelines. I tried to get photos done at local Walgreens but there was no one to do it and I did not want to chase all over town hoping someone had their photo counter staffed. I found this online and sent a head shot my husband took. It was not fully compliant so these people contacted me right away and offered helpful hints for a redo. I got it done quickly with their good guidance. A nice service at a reasonable fee.
I have taken my own passport potographs but could not crop and print them out correctly. These guys helped me out and mailed pictures the same day.

A four-hour window was promised. I placed the order at 1:40pm and did not received the notification that my photos were ready until 10:46pm. The store was closed at that time.

TERRIBLE service.. DO NOT WASTE MONEY!! They do not send a 4x6 of passport photos. They will just do light editing of the photos to make sure they are compliant. There are many online free tools that will do the editing and put it in a 4x6 so that you can print it at CVS or Walgreens. Use passport-photo.online.
Had real difficulty, First uploaded picture, they were not accepted, totally understandable, so had to resubmit new image. They needed the picture specifically within the specifics -to be government compliance. Problem, when I tried to submit, the link to reapply new photo, did not work. After endless chat messages, emails, I received resolution.
This was so easy and so convenient to do. No running here or there to get a decent picture. You can chose from your own phone the picture you think is the best and send it off.
I chose to use you over several other websites for ease of getting my passport photos done. When I submitted the photos and you sent it off to the store to be printed, I thought that I would be getting an actual 2x2 passport photo, not a flippin 4x6 photo that I’d have to cut myself. I could have done this without you and saved almost $10 since the print from the drugstore is only $0.39. I did not read anywhere that I’d have to cut the photo myself. You are a scam and I will not use your services again and highly recommend that others avoid you as well.
I am very happy with the end result. Initially, I was somewhat skeptical, but after seeing the end result, I am extremely pleased. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs not only a great price, but greater service.
It was very easy, just waiting on my photo I will update my review when I receive it. I am updating my review they sent me two photos I got them right away and I sent my passport for renewal!
I waited and woke up to a notice that I would need to submit another photo, so it took about 12 rather than 4 hours. I wasn't sure which person or why. I had to request that information in two separate emails. They were responsive after the initial contact, and then the person paid to review was helpful. The photos seem ok, but they are asking for feedback before I know if they will work for the passport. Fingers crossed.
Passport photos from home is a great thing. The expert review (extra cost) is certainly worth it as it is difficult to get to the exacting standards the government requires for ID photos. The only reasons I didn't give this service 5 stars is because it wasn't a four hour turnaround. It was the next day before I got feedback from the review that I had to reshoot. Which then took another day to review. I am not sure if the 4-hour turnaround promise is with or without the review, though, and it was a minor inconvenience. Just don't expect to apply for your passport the day you snap your pics. Secondly, CVS charges a nominal fee to get your pics which is not included in what you pay up front. I was surprised as I was not warned. It was less than a dollar so, again, a minor inconvenience, but a disclaimer would be nice. Still, better than running around town trying to find a place that does the pictures well!
Some confusion on exactly what was expected of me when I had a small problem with my picture. But those problems were quickly fixed with an email to customer care.

Needed to update my passport photo and really have not liked the passport photo services that I have used in the past. Never a great photo (for me) so thought I would try iVisa and submit my own photos. After my first submittal - iVisa gave me some hints on how to fix the photo to make it compliant with the federal requirements. So sent them another 4-5 photos and they immediately corrected sent back one that looks WAY better than ones I have had in the past. Super easy and fast! Thanks.

Great service! I'm home without a photo printer for electronic images. So getting my photos in the mail was very helpful. They sent feedback about my original photo because it wasn't within the US passport requirements. Thus, I was able to submit another more appropriate photo.

The directions on the website for taking your own passport photo were very clear. I elected to have the photos mailed to me and they arrived in just a few days. The background was whitened and it was just the right size to staple to my passport renewal application. I guess the proof will be when I receive my new passport in the mail, but I don't anticipate any problems.
My photo was denied by the Passport Authority. When I reported it to iVisa it took them 3 days and three different people bouncing me around to finally deny me a refund but to offer for me to start the whole process over. Save your time and money and go to the Post office.

This service is convenient and affordable. However, the first image that they sent me was not formatted in the correct passport-photo form ready to upload to CVS. I ended up wasting a trip to CVS and my passport application was delayed. That being said, they responded promptly to my request for assistance.

My photo doesn't meet the size requirements for the UK Passport agency and is not valid. Waste of money, they should know this
I needed new passport pictures and iVisa was an excellent resource for completing this request. I submitted the pictures, and within 20 minutes had a follow-up email from iVisa saying they would not pass government requirements. They provided guidance on what needed to be fixed. I resubmitted and quickly received another email that processing was complete. My pictures were ready for pickup at my local CVS an hour later. I am so amazed! I was confused, because I needed pass photo for my 2 years old and that was not possible to make, because she was crying everywhere I was taking het to photo. I took photo by myself and just googled a service that could fix a photo and make it proper for passport. This company came first and they did their job within 30 min for only $5 or something. Because of Covid 19 I try to limit my exposure to the public. With that being said I needed a 2"x2" photo for my CCW and ivisa came through with flying colors. I followed there instructions, snap a selfie, sent it in, and within a few days I have my picture. Easy-peezy Thanks iVisa
