I still have no idea when the photo is available for pickup. Customers assume pharmacy pick up is faster than mail delivery (assuming CVS prints it).
The photo turned out bad, after color correcting I was looking blue. I acknowledge that my original photo wasn’t perfect, but I was hoping that expert would have caught the issue and not just printout the worse version of it

I am disappointed you only gave me 2 days to respond to the email that we needed to retake the photo and then shipped a photo that you said is not compliant. We are parenting and working during the pandemic, two days wasn't enough for me to respond with a better photo.

The photo I received looked like it had been filtered and blurred, which makes it unusable. This was advertised as a photo that could be printed but is not high res enough to print, which I needed for same day service and instead requires and up charge. Stay away

Great customer service, especially in that I had to keep submitting different photos due to a couple of 16-year-olds that had "difficulty" in following photo directions. The only snafu in the whole thing was when I went to pick up my passport photos from my designated photo printer, they charged me $15/pic when the receipt clearly said $.78 . I don't know if I was scammed by Walgreens or what!

Easy to use service that quickly delivers a very nice product and stress-free. Choosing the "expert review" is a great option for customers so they can have confidence it will pass muster with the passport authorities. The correct sizing of the face is particularly difficult to handle on your own.

Good service. The first file I sent wasn't large enough. They let me know then made suggestions on how to remedy the situation. I uploaded another file and I quickly received the completed passport photo.
I was sent an email to resubmit but didn’t have time to send one in. My bad picture was sent out. Would have liked a little more time and a submit by date would have been helpful

The process to upload a passport photo was easy and I had it sent to a local Walgreens store for pickup. However, when I received the confirmation email saying my photo was ready for pick up, it stated the photo was in a 4 x 6 size, rather than the 2 x 2 that is needed for US passports. Nowhere in the purchasing process did it say that I would need to cut the photo myself. Worst part of all, there aren’t cutting lines on the photo to use as a guide. I had to measure the photo myself and cut, and because I messed up cutting the photo myself (instead of it being completed already like the service you PAID for), I had to redo the entire thing and spend MORE money. I thought this process would be easier than going to get my photo taken at the store, but it ended up costing more money and way more time. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all. Wish I could get my money back.

Terrific service. My original photograph was not compliant with government requirements. They emailed me and asked for a new picture. And ten minutes later I got a reply saying the new picture was fine! Amazing service.

It is definitely worth paying for a staff person to advise you whether your photo meets the criteria. We had to redo ours several times and it was great to know that ahead of sending it to the passport office and then being told they were wrong. Once we had the correct photos, they were mailed to us in a very timely manner.
The picture I received did not fit with the us Visa requirements
Needed photos for passport renewals. Instructions for taking and uploading them were very clear, troubleshooting of a problem with an image was almost immediate, I received the photos on the second business day after ordering.

OK, it took me 4 submissions to get my photo to comply with passport guidelines. Believe me this was my fault , not iVisa. They kept working with me, were never judgmental, always encouraging. Easy to use web site, very helpful experts. The only thing I would suggest is putting more details into the app of how the picture should look. I never saw anything that said to make sure my shoulders were in the picture. But, it got fixed so fast!

Fast and easy. Great service. I have been a bit worried on how to get my pic taken during the pandemic and after a few failed attempts to different Costco's and CVS and Walgreens, I found this app and voila!!! Just about a day later I have a pic emailed to me and a copy on the way in the mail.

Really unclear on timing, pick up instructions until after complaining. On the customer support chat the guy goes offline in the middle “ returning in 30 mins” when I’m trying to resolve a photo issue. The site doesn’t say how long it will take until the photos are ready to pick up. And when they wanted me to use a new photo, they sent the message to my account on the website, not my email so I didn’t see the message until I logged on to try to track down the order status. This company has not designed its user platform with the customers needs.

I was promised the photo would be completed in a maximum of 4 hours. Order was submitted at 7:52 PM and did not receive my order until 2:42 AM.
I used iVisa last time I needed photos in 2020 during the April pandemic lockdowns. I needed another set of photos and remembered that iVisa was super fast and high quality. It takes away the stress of having to go somewhere in person to get photos taken (not even sure that's possible now!). iVisa was quick and professional. I'm picking up the photos later today after placing the order this morning. Great service!
This is not the case. You still have to order your prints from them and not get them locally, like through Walgreens. Also, they do not review the photos (turns out, one of my photos had an issue). Would not use again.
The first photo didn't work and the link to retake the photo kept failing. A pain to try to get the photo retaken and resubmitted.

I was charged then told that my picture didn't meet government standards. Then, I was emailed the copy of the photo that I submitted and it read that met the government guidelines. I think this company is a scam.
The picture upload doesn't work if a picture isn't exceptable. Fix this issue.

Helpful customer service to correct problems in the selfies you take. Much better than having the feds return the thing because they don't like the photo.
First e-mail after completing the purchase said they were reviewing the photos and it was a maximum 4 hour wait for the pics. The second e-mail said I’d started the process and needed to follow the link to complete it. I clicked on the link and it just goes to the App Store. After several e-mails from me with zero response, my photos were finally e-mailed at just shy of 15 hours. My credit card is currently showing 3 pending charges of $11.90 rather than 1 charge.
