Excellant ,however I was extreemly concerned when you sent that alarming email stating that there may be a dreadful delay .I think you should reword emails like that ,I am 75 years of age ,and I was in complete despair when I read it.
Paid extra but processing time was not quick had to cancel emergency trip so not worth the extra should have just gone with standard processing time ...got it done in the end so not all bad .
The website was trash. Spent more than two hours trying to get it to load and process. Took my money but didn’t complete the form. Had to use the operator online assistance. Still kept timing out and not working. Tried accessing from multiple devices and connections. Then got an email 24 hours later to say they were experiencing higher volumes than usual and my visa would be delayed !
After 24 hours still have not received the visa. Besides, cannot find any area for asking progress/question from the online site,

Unreliable service and Customer Representative supervisor lied to me that my interview cannot be expedited with the US Embassy. I called up the US Embassy and I was told that you can apply to try and get your interview expedited if proper reasoning is giving. This just shows how unreliable and lazy this company and services they are providing to you after you have paid to get the paper work done.
Online chat made it very ease to fill out the application correctly.
There was a bug during step four (contact state). New Mexico was not in the list. The service was good and helpful via mail, after the chat didn’t work out for me (no one available). This led to a delay within the process (wasn’t a problem for me, but could be for other where the ESTA is more urgent).

The staff at iVisa are very prompt, helpful and reassuring. I did find that I only received my visa 7 hours after I applied for the ‘rush express’ application. They were short of staff as I understood because of a holiday AND there were delays within their system. But also, there were more information that they needed from me. So that created delays as well. It was really great to have a direct online chat option with them. I would have given 5 stars should I have received my visa working the ‘promised’ time, but since that did not happen...it stressed and worried me a lot.

the delay almost didn’t get me on my flight, despite paying so much for express 30mins turnaround. i still didn’t receive any confirmation or document at the check-in counter.
The website was not working on Internet Explorer. I contacted the support team by chat and instead of trying to help me they were just telling me that I have to finalize my application. I tried to explain that there was an issue as anywhere I was clicking nothing was happening, but no success. The reply was to send an e-mail with the information that were missing. I then tried to open it with Chrome and it works perfectly. Maybe for the future if someone is contacting you having issue with the website, the support team can suggest to change the browser instead of insisting that we need to complete the application.

i had allsorts of problems with down loading forms to fill out. I spent about 2 hours with chat line I had two application had same problem with both. jesse. advised me to use google crome not internet explorer that didn't work. turned off computer and started again only on google crome and it worked the staff were great very patient.thank you again. keith q.
