Quick and honest. I realized that I didn't get my ESTA application 10 hours before going there so they saved my trip. But still, you better think to obtain your visa/authorisation on the official websites/embassies...Which is much cheaper and less stressful

Think it’s wrong that have to give an address before you apply for yr visa most people would t book until they got there visa surely. So implementing that is wrong and I got charged 29 US dollars when a friend only got charged 15 US dollars , don’t think they no what there doing to be honest

An efficient guideline of how to apply for a Visa. Even when more information is requested it is handled in a friendly and uncomplicated way. Correspondence with an iVisa associate is done via email and responses are coming very fast. iVisa makes applications for Visas much easier and time efficient than having to go to overfilled Consulates and waiting in line. Had to constantly chase up my order which was not completed in the time agreed. Not sure what I paid for, cost was more than triple actual ESTA cost if done directly. Would never use this sort of service again. Just do the order in plenty of time and don’t waste money on an agency like this. No point at all!

Found out 24hrs before flying that we needed ESTAs for 5 people. Paid for 6 hours processing, it took 12 hours but Mauricio, Jonathan & Lynn deserve special praise for their service & patience with my constant Live Chat questions.
Ivisa was not successful in getting my ESTA processed because they were too slow. I got it processed myself with the application being approved prior to Ivisa’s advice of a processing delay. Nevertheless they subsequently falsely claimed the credit for getting this approval presumably in the hope that they can still claim their fee.
I felt taken care of all the way from the beginning to the end of the application process. I was updated at each step and felt I was receiving excellent customer service ... Please keep it up!

My rating is a 3 to 4 - i ordered a 30 min speed esta and felt mislead that it would arrive in 30 min. It came 10 hours later but it came. I also emailed them and complained and they sent the speed fee back but didn’t reply to my emails. it was Sunday maybe that was the reason. So some disappointment and friction but also some response

This is great. 24 hours service. Got mine done in 12 hours. My husband’s one is in a rush. Because he did it with ESTA directly and it takes 72 hours. Hopefully goes thru too.
